Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11am to 1pm and from 3pm to 4pm).

All guests have free access to the outdoor swimming pool during summer.

Deluxe room, Executive room, Junior Suite and Suite guests have access to the wet area of the spa during their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room and King Room with Partial Lake View the spa access costs EUR 20 per person per day. The spa also has free access the same day guests book a treatment.

Pros:

Un très bon accueil et une adaptation immédiate pour nous trouver une chambre adaptée à notre situation dès notre arrivée. Confort de la chambre et bon petit déjeuner.

Agréable mais déçu par le repas du soir
Pros:

Accueil et accompagnement tout au long du repas; présence de Laurent bienveillante mais pas oppressante. Merci pour sa gentillesse. Menu à 45 euros pas excessif mais qualité pas au rendez-vous des saveurs. Impression de plats pré cuisinés . Présentation des assiettes moyenne. Poisson noyé dans une sauce…dommage ! Risotto aux champignons bons. Desserts peu élaborés. Ambiance du bar tamisée et chaleureuse. Restaurant à la hauteur sous plafond très importante avec beaucoup de luminosité n’invitant pas à une atmosphère feutrée et intimiste. De plus, il faisait froid dans la salle rendant inconfortable ce moment. Petit-déjeuner très bien. Chambre standard très grande; lit confortable et silence agréable. TV ne fonctionnait que par intermittence + problème technique pas réglé. Ampoule d’une lampe HS changée à notre demande. Personnel serviable et attentif. Réception de l’hôtel offrant un grand espace avec nombreux canapés et fauteuils. Carreaux extérieurs glissants

Great location, Great Room but Staff and Animal Policy way below standard
Pros:

I liked the size of the room, the bed and the bathroom. The view was very good as well and the location overall was quiet.

Cons:

The only reason for me to rate this Hotel badly is that they charge you 30 EUR per dog no matter what the size. I have very small dogs (about 2.5kg each) and to pay per dog and for us that meant 60 EUR more for the night which was close to 40% of the hotel stay, that I find highly exaggerated. Also I did perform my search incl animals on Booking and it was not clearly stated that the cost would be that high.

Trop cher, pour ce que c’est
Cons:

Dès que je suis rentré il y avait une odeur horrible dans la chambre. Après il faisait tellement froid que moi et les enfants on est tombé malade, j’avais réservé pour deux nuits mais je suis parti plus vite possible.

Pros:

Все понравилось очень , нас поселили в номер люкс без доплаты , приятно удивила администратор , не смотря на наш языковой барьер , все доходчиво объяснила , приятная атмосфера, внимательная и приветливая команда обслуживает и на завтраке и в СПА . Хотим еще вернуться обязательно.

Cons:

Ресторан шикарный но оооочень дорого , порции маленькие , но красивое оформление 👌 очень дорогая вода , хотя рядом источник Эвиан .
