Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11am to 1pm and from 3pm to 4pm).

All guests have free access to the outdoor swimming pool during summer.

Deluxe room, Executive room, Junior Suite and Suite guests have access to the wet area of the spa during their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room and King Room with Partial Lake View the spa access costs EUR 20 per person per day. The spa also has free access the same day guests book a treatment.

A truly perfect holiday.
Pros:

Everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Évian. Everything was absolutely excellent — the service is truly top-level and made us feel very welcome from the very beginning.

The spa area is amazing: the pool, sauna, and overall atmosphere are perfect for relaxation. The breakfasts were outstanding — delicious, high-quality, and with a great variety of options.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view from the room is simply stunning and adds something special to the whole experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again — next time with our children.

Hotel sympa avec 2/3 améliorations à prévoir
Pros:

La chambre est très correct, suffisamment grande et la literie de qualité. L'intérieur de l’hôtel est beau et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Le spa est petit.
J'y étais avec mon fils nous avons remarqué un manque de considération par rapport à d'autres client, ce qui a été moyennement apprécié.
Les extérieurs méritent une sérieuse remise à jour.

Tolles Personal, super Lage, sehr bequemes Bett. Vielseitiges tolles Frühstück.
Lounge im 6. Stock für teurere Zimmer war toll.
Herrliche Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.
Spa wunderschön.

Viele defekte Gartenplatten.

J’ai bcp apprécié, l’accueil, la chambre et le spa et notamment le massage.
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était parfait
Un peu déçue du dîner surtout le plat et le dessert qui n’était absolument pas la crème brûlée que j’attendais !!
