Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.

Gute Lage, schlechte Führung
Pros:

Ideale Lage nahe dem See, der Altstadt und der Schiffstagion

Cons:

Die Gastfreundschaft und kundenorientierte Service-Freundlichkeit an Rezeption und Restaurant lässt generell zu wünschen übrig. Möglicherweise sollte die Führung ersetzt werden.

Bel emplacement
Pros:

Très bel emplacement, belle chambre, spacieuse et vue magnifique sur le lac.

Cons:

Impossible d’avoir le noir total durant la nuit. Réveillé tôt le matin par la lumière. Chambre pas prête à 15h50…. Petit déjeuner moyen.

Bien situé

Cons:

Mauvaise gestion de l’enregistrement. Ils n’étaient pas au courant de la réservation et nous avons donc dû attendre pour avoir finalement une chambre.
La piscine de l’hôtel était fermée pour une fête et inaccessible toute l’après-midi, ce qui est un comble lors de la canicule!

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner étaient très bien.

Cons:

La piscine était fermée suite à un incident et le bassin de relaxation était ouvert aux enfants.
Ce petit bassin était bondé, bruyant et certains jouaient même au ballon.... Rien de relaxant...

Ce n'est pas mal, mais c'est cher pour ce que ça offre.
Pros:

La taille de la chambre était correcte. Mais le reste n'avait rien d'exceptionnel. Le lit était bien aussi. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu ce voyage exceptionnel c'est la ville d'Évians, qui est très agréable.

Cons:

Globalement, c'est cher pour ce que c'est (mauvais rapport qualité-prix) et ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un Hilton. L'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové et modernisé. Le bar est peu attrayant et la musique est horrible (très inélégante et inappropriée au cadre). Le spa n'est pas mal, mais après 15h il est envahi par les enfants et le bruit est insupportable. C'est absurde, il devrait être interdit aux mineurs, tout comme les parents qui tolèrent un tel vacarme dans un lieu qui n'est pas fait pour cela. On se croirait plus dans une piscine municipale que dans un spa.

Die Grösse des Zimmers war super, sogar mit Balkon.

Cons:

Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauben und es fehlt etwas an veganen Optionen. Auch, dass man für den Innenpool extra zahlen muss fanden wir nicht so toll.
