Please note that children under the age of 16 do not have access to the indoor relaxation pool (except from 11:00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm).

All guests have complimentary access to the outdoor swimming pool during the summer season.

Guests staying in a Deluxe Room, Executive Room, Junior Suite, or Suite have complimentary access to the spa wet area throughout their stay. For guests staying in a Twin Room, King Room, or King Room with Partial Lake View, spa access is available at an additional cost of EUR 20 per person per day. Spa access is complimentary on the day a treatment is booked.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einmaliger Lage direkt am See.
Pros:

Die Lage am See ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Die Flure sind sehr dunkel.

Amazing view, very nice ambiance, very clean

Cons:

I had a problem with the refund of the guaranty deposit. The stuff of the hotel was not polite and proactive at all. They didn’t want to support or to help somehow, they promised to assist and to send me required documents, but they didn’t do it. I have to call to the hotel everyday and it became very annoying. Unfortunately, the nice stay in the beautiful hotel can be easily ruined by the unprofessionalism of the stuff. The quality of service is not only the cleanness of towels, but after sales service as well. I am not sure I will come back to this place.

It was good with little discomforts of the mini refrigerator not working.

It was clean and the staff was polite and soft spoken. They were helpful.

Cons:

I have booked the deluxe king room specifically because I was traveling with a toddler and I was expecting to keep the baby food in the mini refrigerator which was clearly mentioned in the room description. Upon arrival we found the fridge wasn’t working and despite many complaints it wasn’t fixed. Instead we have been told that it’s not a fridge to use and it isn’t usable in any rooms. If that was the case it should have not been mentioned in the description to mislead the guests while selecting the room.

Pros:

Great location but Spa area needs overhaul.
Pros:

Wonderful lake view from the room and very nice breakfast, and great location of the hotel. The staff at reception, breakfast and housekeeping was very attentive and professional.

Cons:

The "spa" area was a disappointment: over-run with people and kids (including families with children who did not leave after kids' hours were finished), space too small for the number of people, indoor pool not warm enough to relax, poor cleaning and maintenance in the spa area and changing rooms. Not a relaxing experience.

Nous sommes des clients réguliers venant souvent du Valais en de Haute-Savoie, raison pour laquelle nous choisissions votre établissement. Malheureusement, cette deuxième mauvaise expérience nous fait sérieusement réfléchir à changer d’hôtel pour nos prochains séjours.
Lors de notre précédent passage, nous avions déjà eu une chambre à côté de la cage d’ascenseur avec du bruit toute la nuit. Cette fois-ci, nous nous sommes retrouvés au-dessus d’une soufflerie extrêmement bruyante, rendant le sommeil très compliqué.
À cela s’ajoutent la piscine fermée pendant deux jours sans réelle compensation, ainsi qu’un service globalement décevant, malgré une jeune collaboratrice très gentille et professionnelle. Entre des demandes oubliées, des serveurs qui disparaissent sans revenir ou le refus de servir en terrasse, l’expérience n’a clairement pas été à la hauteur de l’image haut de gamme mise en avant par Hilton.
C’est dommage, car nous avions jusqu’ici une bonne image de votre établissement et étions prêts à continuer à venir régulièrement. Nous pouvons comprendre qu’un problème arrive une fois, mais deux séjours décevants consécutifs deviennent difficiles à ignorer.

Je suis déçu car j’ai choisi cet emplacement pour la piscine et elle était encore fermée

L’emplacement et la taille de la chambre sont top

Cons:

La piscine était fermée malgré les 30 degrés!les enfants étaient tous au SPA alors qu’il y a des horaires
Le déjeuner laisse à désirer car il y a trop de monde et tout est vide
