Trochę słaby standard pokoi jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, lazienki i wykladzona z przed 20 lat, widok piękny ale caly widok zasłaniała kanapa przy oknie....pokój trochę słabo zaplanowany, spodziewałam się czegoś lepszego
A very professionally run Hotel with great fitness facilities and a swimming pool. A lovely large clean room with everything you would expect from a Hilton.

Room was ok, gym is very nice.
Room was for physically challenged people which we did not needed and help alarm in our room was beeping for 5 minutes randomly at 2:30. Parking is 40eur a day in Poland. Never seen such an overpriced parking anywhere in Europe.

Niestety w pokoju było zimno jak na 17.10 uważam iż ogrzewanie powinno być włączone , zgłaszałam to niestety nikt nie zareagował.
W jakyzzy woda zimna, w sumie brzydki zapach kanalizacji
Idealne położenie. Czysto i pachnąco. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Przepyszna oferta cukierni na terenie Lobby.
Niestety woda w kranach w łazience była bardzo gorąca i nie można było tego zmienić. W wannie leciał ukrop, bez szans na skorzystanie. Pod prysznicem dało się wytrzymać, ale woda była bardzo gorąca.
Obsługa w barze.
Brak rzetelnej informacji w ofercie , że pokój który się wybiera jako pojedynczy posiada połączenie drzwiami z drugim pokojem . Oczywiście drzwi te są zamknięte ale jest to dyskomfort, który znacznie obniżyć powinien cenę wybranego pokoju. Wiem że jest to wygodne np. dla rodzin ale ja nie wybierałam takiego wariantu. Natomiast w pokoju, który otrzymałam był brzydki zapach i poplamiony dywan widoczny nawet przy tym ciemnym oświetleniu jaki jest w pokoju. Brak kapci i szlafroków w pokoju. Trzeba dzwonić do recepcji po ich dostarczenie . Jest to czynność nadmiarowa dla osób które oczekują minimalnego komfortu .
