Important information:

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Center is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 15 per person per stay.
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.

Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Bad hotel
Pros:

Too far and the hotel doesn’t have its own boats which should be a must being so far, it makes it really challenging to come back if the private boats are fully booked
Atmosphere is super corporate think middle of Alabama corporate hotel vibes really not a 5 stars level
Rooms are not amazing and the keys keep being disconnected it was a nightmare but view is nice
concierge is a disaster and no one to help you with luggage from the boat
Definitely not good enough at this price

3 star hotel in quiet giudecca
Pros:

Old factory and quiet giudecca island and they offer shuttles etc rooms are spacious

Cons:

This is definitely far from a 5 star hotel. They never replaced my water bottles when they were over, the room service doesn’t work at night, the concierge didn’t respond to my emails or got me any restaurant bookings while friends staying in much cheaper hotels got all they wanted. Also when asking for a water taxi 24hs prior to arrival, to pick me up at the airport I got the response they were fully booked and was given an email of a company I should contact at 9pm

bâtiment historique reconvertie en hôtel avec la classe Hilton un bar en roof top avec une vue sur le canal d'un coté et de l'autre sur la mer . literie confortable oreiller au top, tous le personnel disponible et un service en chambre très agréable . petit déjeuner extraordinaire

Cons:

un peu éloigné de la place saint marc. le spa est petit et l'eau du jacuzzi très chaude environ 33-34 degrés

The position on the Guidecca canal & the views. Very nice comfortable room & properly dark at night. The aircon could have been better.

El hotel por fuera es muy bonito, bien conservado

Mi estancia fue sumamente decepcionante. Desde el check-in nos sentimos engañados: nos vendieron el acceso al salón ejecutivo prometiendo espumante y snacks, pero solo encontramos bebidas y un personal muy desagradable.

La logística es deficiente: tardaron 30 minutos en subir las maletas y las filas para el desayuno eran interminables. Además, las instalaciones son insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes; en el área de la piscina solo había 4 sillas y 5 mesas, lo que hace imposible disfrutar del espacio. Definitivamente, el servicio y las instalaciones no justifican el alto precio que cobran. No lo recomiendo.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The breakfast offers an amazing variety – one of the biggest selections we’ve ever seen. The staff are also very friendly and attentive

Cons:

the lobby restrooms were occasionally quite dirty and sometimes clogged, which I also noticed during my previous stay.
