Important information:

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Center is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 15 per person per stay.
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.

Location incantevole, peccato i servizi
Pros:

La camera e la vista dal canale meritava il soggiorno, peccato per tutto il resto.

Cons:

Colazione imbarazzante, non mi è mai arrivato né il caffè né le uova più volte sollecitare. Coda folle per accedere a colazione, veramente la cosa peggiore del soggiorno.
Inoltre servizio shuttle spesso in overbooking.
I servizi in genere non li ho proprio apprezzati.
Non ci tornerei.

Potentially great but let down by shortcomings
Pros:

The building looks incredibly nice, the ground floor was also incredibly nice looking. I quite liked being away from the main island and the location really encouraged me to use the vaporetto water buses which I ended up really liking.

Cons:

I booked a room with a view, I did get a view but via tiny windows, nothing like the photos. The hotel looked luxurious but felt like a 3 star hotel, The music in the rooftop bar also really didn't fit how the hotel looked.

An excellent hotel if you can avoid eating at their restaurant. Many dining options in San Marco.
Pros:

Staff and breakfast were very good.

Cons:

We had a meal at the Bacaromi resturant and the Cod fish with the Polenta was the worst dish we ever had anywhere in the world. Both the fish and the Polenta was a very small dish and they were in a tiny sauce format, runny as if poured from a bottle. Never seen anything like this. A complete rip off @ around 27 Euros, the worlds most expensive sauce. The prawns and Calamari were also below average.

Lots of potential and very good but execution lacked the cherry on top.
Pros:

Breakfast was spectacular. Most personnel very professional and in nice attire.

Cons:

A/C should be working in any good hotel all year around. When we were there in March there was no cooling on. The personnel in the 'Elite Lounge' seemed to stop restock at about 18:00 and started cleaning the lounge food and snacks around 18:50 even though opening hours to 19:00. The hotel boats to Venice center (that you pay 15EUR/ppc extra for) sometimes couldn't accommodate all guests if many waited. They then had to wait another hour for the next run (because why would you send another boat, right?). WIFI was not good. Breaking connection now and then, especially during evening hours.

Entspannend und wunderbar!
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da das Hilton frei steht, sind auch die Zimmer hell. Am Abend konnte man sich auf die ruhige Giudecca zurückziehen.

Cons:

Da kommt mir nichts in den Sinn.
