When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The restaurants at the property had really good food.

Cons:

At check out the supervisor, Piero was really rude and disrespectful because I insisted on getting a receipt for my payment/charges before I left. I have to commend Alesia who apologised on his behalf and sorted it all out for me in the end :) I will however not be going back as the experience was extremely dissapointing for a 5 star hotel costing 600 euros a night :) The hotel also still charged my card after I checked out even after confirming that all bills have been sorted (exactly why I insisted on receipts before I left in the first place)

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice. We stayed in an Executive King Room (Room 615), which was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is excellent, and arriving by water taxi was an amazing experience.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the city centre, which was very convenient.

A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture from the staff, who provided complimentary champagne and sweets daily as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary- this made our stay extra special.

Overall, a memorable and pleasant stay with great service- highly recommended for special occasions.

Cons:

The only minor issue was a pungent smell in the bathroom, which we were told is sometimes due to Venice’s water and tides. However, the staff were responsive and provided fresheners, which helped.
