When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Center is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 15 per person per stay.
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage. Super Transfer, sehr nettes Personal und das Frühstück, als auch die Restaurants sehr gut.

We keep coming back...
Pros:

We love every aspect of this historic and recently renovated hotel. The comfortable rooms with panoramic views are remarkable and for us, better than anywhere else in Venice. Service here is welcoming and professional (ty Roberto at reception and Victoria at breakfast). The breakfast buffet is delicious; the concierge staff is top notch. The location on Guidecca Island, more of a local neighborhood than a crowded tourist zone, is ideal, particularly with multiple transportation options including the hotel's own shuttle boat and a nearby vaporetto stop, make it convenient (and scenic!) to get to or from anywhere else including Murano, the train station, the airport as well as all the main sites like St. Mark's Square. Multiple stays over multiple years have never dissappinted us. It's unique, and hard to leave. But we'll be back!

Hyrie in the breakfast restaurant was sensational, she was so womderful to meet every morning and took ownership to help us out of a situation which was fantastic!

Have stayed here a few times now, its one of my most favourite Hilton hotels in the world and everything is perfect.

If you can bag a room with a view, you simply must!

Wedding anniversary trip
Pros:

It’s a beautiful striking building as you approach. Very easily accessible. The hotel offers a shuttle boat, we opted to buy the three day public transportation ticket, approximately €15 per day, only because we were going to a variety of different destinations , the hotel shuttle boat is very reasonably priced. This worked out very well for us easy to, from and between the islands of Venice. The hotel staff are phenomenal, extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was an issue, helping organise a taxi to the airport, to giving an Italian plug adapter. It was our 28th wedding anniversary, they kindly upgraded our stay, to a beautiful suite, with lovely balloons on the bed and a gorgeous bottle of Prosecco waiting for us to enjoy. Their offering at breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everything of choice. The breakfast staff were so helpful. I thought the coffee was nice and my husband did too. The bedrooms were warm, bathroom suite very clean and water pressure is good too. The linens were crisp, we always came back to a beautiful cleaned suite. I would really recommend this hotel, it was almost like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the busy festivities that were happening during our visit.

Returning to Venice after 30 years to celebrate my birthday made this stay truly special, and the hotel was the perfect
Pros:

Beautiful views, an outstanding breakfast and truly exceptional service.
We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and made the stay even more special.

Cons:

The only minor downside, which is not the hotel’s fault, was that the indoor pool was not accessible for my 7-year-old daughter. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
