Important information:

When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night.
Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day.
The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay
In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID.
Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa.
Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies.

Guests who stay at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice on these dates are exempt from the payment to gain access if they are in possession of the nominative voucher obtained following a successful “Request Exemption” registration by visiting the website https://cda.ve.it/it/Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Love love Stucky
Pros:

This is one of my favourite hotels in Venice! This is the 3rd year in row we have been staying at the Hilton in Giudecca. We love it and obviously will be back next year.

Cons:

This time there was no drinking water in the room but there is a water fountain in the corridor. So we were ok but took us a minute to work it out.

It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent.

Cons:

The advertised shuttle boat to the main island in Venice was chargeable at €18 pp. Not clearly advertised as chargeable when booking.

Swimming pool slots had to be pre booked each day. On our first day we couldn’t use the facilities as all the slots had been taken. Wasn’t allowed to call ahead to book a slot.

Pricing variations across different restaurants and bars in the hotel. A beer was less in the lobby bar than in the restaurants. Overall, very expensive €14 for a bottle of beer.

Excellent hotel for its location and view.
Pros:

Clean. Outstanding views. Away from crowded areas, yet convenient and quick to transport to the train, airport, shopping, sights and restaurants.

Cons:

It was difficult to locate the Hilton water taxi shuttle when exiting the train as there were no signs, but once you find it, the water taxi shuttle is very convenient. Many Hilton guests we spoke to hired private water taxis because they couldn’t locate the boarding area. Locals there will not direct you to the hidden dock as they want the business for their own water taxis. On site restaurants were pricey and portions were lacking in size compared to restaurants outside the hotel. Be aware of a seating fee at certain restaurants located inside the hotel. The food was enjoyable, but it lacked the regional character and authenticity I was expecting from Italian cuisine as it appeared somewhat commercialized. Reserving pool space is done in person in the lobby. Two hours are permitted in one day. We were instructed that it cannot be reserved the day prior.

I have to be honest, my stay wasn’t great, as a lot of the things I’d expect a 5 star hotel to have included were charged at an additional cost, from the water, to the spa and shuttle. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and frankly, the Hilton was quite disappointing.
