Wonderful Place to stay in Estremoz.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful . Since I arrived before check in I used their beautiful pool area with comfortable chairs and was able to store my luggage. The outdoor eating space and bar menu was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended place to stay in Estremoz when on a cycling trip through Portugal. Excellent value for price paid. Great location inside the walls of the center city but easy to get to on a bike.

Cons:

The only negative I have is that the hot breakfast food was not brought out till 8:30 on the morning we were there, which is a disappointment to cyclists who are eager to eat and and get on the road before the afternoon heat.

Pena, uma espaço tão bonito mas que se revela uma desilusão

Gostei do edifício e da localização

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de cuidado nos jardins (parecia que o jardineiro tinha passado há 5 minutos e deixado todo o lixo no jardim), dos quartos muito antiquados (tivemos de mudar de quarto dado o cheiro a humidade) e de um pequeno almoço muito limitado. Acresce que me pareceu haver redução de pessoal pois tivemos algum constrangimento em serviço. A piscina tinha a água com cor escurecida, havia pessoas a usar mas nós não o fizemos.

Gostei de tudo. Simpatia de todo o staff, limpeza, comodidade, localização excecional a poucos metros do centro da cidade, o largo espaço de estacionamento e o extraordinário pequeno-almoço com muitos produtos da região!

Um espaço com potencial mas a precisar de uma renovação

Cama confortável. A comida do restaurante para jantar era boa.

Cons:

Tinha teias de aranha junto aos cortinados, uma base para copos com bolor, o acesso ao segundo edifício era desnivelado e pouco iluminado à noite, a sauna tem de ser marcada antecipadamente e é paga… Foi enviado email para o hotel sobre estas questões, mas nem se designaram a responder. Para além da necessária renovação do espaço, falta também a renovação dos seus padrões de atendimento ao cliente.

Um bom café da manhã servido por uma funcionária brasileira que atendia a todos com cordialidade e eficiência. Para esta atendente do café da manhã, dou nota 10.

Cons:

Ao chamar a recepção a partir do telefone do quarto, ninguém atendia. Resolvi ir pessoalmente a recepção, e para minha surpresa, não havia ninguém lá. Permaneci aguardando por cerca de 15 minutos e nenhum atendente apareceu. Voltei para meu apartamento, sem ser atendido.
