Pros:

Nothing everything was a headache from checking in to checking out

Cons:

Everything the room wasn’t the best and they over booked so was trying to figure everything out the pool was super cold like couldn’t even swim in it the breakfast was trash

The staff was great listeners. But not that helpful...Spanish language barrier made it difficult.

Cons:

The mattress was very uncomfortable...have blood stains on the mattress the mattress needs to be thrown away an replaced...due to bodily fluids that's highly unacceptable

Very nice place
Pros:

We reserved room last minute due to a bad VRBO experience. It was a site for soar eyes, friendly staff, clean, breakfast included and check out isn’t until noon. The staff were helpful and always greeted us with a smile and a helpful attitude. Thank you so much!

Cons:

One more Kleenex box, ours was low stock.

breakfast was regular found anywhere. oatmeal, runny eggs, yogurt, apples oranges, coffee, cereal, the usual

The room was filthy! While we were there, 2 guests left because of how dirty their rooms were. I found unmade beds, Dirt on the trash Cans, dirty sink, hair and dirty towels on tub, underwear on the floor, etc.....

Pros:

The gravy ….you could probably bounce it. Out of spoons for oatmeal…ran out of coffee…out of biscuits..out of fruit…only 1 sausage…no white milk, only chocolate…terrible.

Cons:

All of the above…you asked how I liked the breakfast. The bed was very uncomfortable…
