Friendly staff, good location.
For a 5 star hotel I don’t expect to pay for coffee pods and water refills in the room. Sugar and creamer never refilled. 4 clothing hangers for 2 people for 5 nights not sufficient. Overall, I think there is a lack of attention to detail. Same applies to breakfast venue. Beautiful setting, but always something missing from the table, cups, or cutlery, or sugar.
The breakfast was okay.
The hotel staff does not care about customers! They continue placing guests in the old part of the hotel where the ongoing renovation was being carried out with STRONG chemicals smell!
The elevator is very slow and it’s only one which used by guests and the hotel staff.
Dishonest and careless people that I met there made my stay absolutely miserable. I would name just couple of them: receptionist Alessandro and restaurant event manager- Martinis.

La colazione è molto buona, ottima anche la posizione. Bravissimo un componente della reception (l'unico) che si è adoperato a trovare una soluzione adeguata ler un hotel a 5 stelle.
La camera che mi era stata assegnata era semplicemente terribile. Dal wc che rimaneva bloccato, alla porta che non si apriva. La rotella della doccia svitata.
Il perso ale della reception non può lavorare in una struttura del genere, nemmeno in un 2 stelle. Per 4 volte mi hanno fatto fare zu e giu cambiandomi tessera come se fosse quello il problema, anziché venire a verificare che il problema era della porta; oltre a tante altre problematiche come già scritto.
Solo il ragazzo della reception della sera, al secondo giorno di problemi, mi ha proposto il cambio della stanza e per questo lo ringrazio.
Ma l'hotel non può essere in alcun modo un 5 stelle

It was just far enough away from the town but easily walkable. The staff were wonderful in all departments. The whole hotel is well maintained and appointed. Our room was large snd spacious, good balcony, the pool was outside, great food and even better prices that town. Great hotel.
