Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.

I am shocked by the 3.9 average stars. We ended up leaving the hotel and not staying the night because: our car could not fit in the alley to get to their parking (which they charged $50 for), the wifi was poor, and overall, this is without a doubt not a 4-star hotel. The room quality is 1-2 stars. The staff were nice but also refused to refund us even in part or just for the parking, even though we paid for 2 nights and didn't stay there at all! That is not the service of a 4-star hotel...

Sehr gute Lage in Lourdes, Zentral und trozdem ruhig. Tiefgarage für Auto. Gute Matratze, hochwertige Bettwäsche. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Türen von Nachbarnzimmer waren total laut und wir mussten fast in Deckung gehen, da es hörte wie eine Exsplosion aus. Und das um 7 Uhr am morgen!

Perfect to stay in Lourdes
Pros:

Very close to the sanctuary and to restaurants. Views from the terrace were amazing.

Cons:

Did not have a shampoo / shower gel. The parking was an adventure as it is in a very narrow street and full of columns.
