Car traffic is limited near Lourdes's Sanctuary and the hotel. The hotel's car park can be accessed by car only from 6:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. The hotel reception is open 24/24. Guest arriving outside these hours, can park outside the restricted area, walk to the hotel to check-in, and bring their vehicle to the hotel's parking later.

Second visit to this hotel and would book again Excellant location and
Pros:

The location is fabulous for visiting the grotto just down straight we had our 85yr old mother with us and it only a short walk
So close to grotto , restaurants and bus to airport

Cons:

Didn’t like shape of our room 247 long and narrow difficult with a wheelchair and single toliet was so small with no room for turning around

Très agréable séjour. À renouveler !
Pros:

Un petit déjeuner diversifié, en libre service avec un personnel très agréable et très professionnel, beaucoup d'empathie. Cela a été souligné.
Super emplacement pour les visites que nous avions à faire. Bien que situé au centre de Lourdes, les chambres sont au calmes.

Pros:

En un premier temps l emplacement.pas loin de la Grotte et les boutiques de souvenirs.
Les équipements sont assez moderne .Le fait d avoir plusieurs ascenseurs est très appréciable.
Le personnel est au top .De la réception au personnel du restaurant.très avenant.
Le fait d avoir un grand espace d accueil.
La salle de réception est vaste et le personnel très au petit soin de vrais Amours.
Très propre.
Merci à tous

Cons:

Vraiment pour chipoter.
Un peu de bruit venant de la rue .
Mais ce n est pas de leur fait .
Donc je n en tiens pas rigueur.

Ideally located near the Sanctuary offering great views.
Pros:

The Hotel La Solitude is centrally located and only a 5 min walk to the Sanctuary. It is surrounded by a good range of restaurants and cafeterias, that make for a good choice for eating out. The room was comfortable and spacious and had an excellent view of the Chateau Fort, the River Gave and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was somewhat expensive and somewhat limited in choice.

Cons:

The breakfast was expensive and there wasn't much choice. The breakfast should have been included in the price of the room.

We were well received, fed and treated.
Pros:

The location is ideally close to the Basilia of Our Lady of the Rosary and everything grotto, Bernadette and Our Blessed Mother Mary. The breakfast was awesome tended to by a tireless though courteous and smiling staff.

Cons:

We could not control the room temperature. The room at night was too hot. Thank God we could open the windows.
