It was a quiet, clean and comfortable room, with a nice restaurant on site, which was a bit pricey but good food. It is conveniently located near the airport.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom had a lingering smell, although appeared to be clean. The next morning when I went to take a shower there was no water pressure at all and the water in the sink was non existent. I was informed by front desk that the water has been shut off from 11-4. I was not informed of this when I checked in or until I called down the next morning at 1130 as I thought it was a problem with my room only. There was not even water to brush our teeth. This definitely made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Pillows were just ok - some hotels I have been to supply rooms with 2-3 types of pillows so there is one that suits everyone.
There was a clump of grass on the floor of the elevator for our entire stay Thu - Sun. Sounds weird to mention but the floor of the elevator is white so it was so obvious - it became a running joke "There is our little buddy still waiting for us" - Lobby was cleaned multiple times a day but seems the elevators are not ... also elevator stainless steel could have been wiped down as the same smears and spills were on the walls the entire time. Also on the frame of the elevator door in the lobby about eye level on the left there was a smear of what appeared to be mashed potato (or something) the entire stay - these seem so little I know but only mentioning because you are a hotel that would put these forward as priorities as everything else was immaculate. attaching pics ...Also you might want to sterilize or throw out the desk garbage can in Room 219 - smells like vomit
The room was lovely, very clean and overall comfortable. The staff were great. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was lovely. This was a great place to stay when our flight was canceled. The airport shuttle was a huge help as well.
There was nothing that I really didn't like overall. The bed was a little softer than I like. I also would like to see more flexibility in check in or check out times as in our case we had 2 canceled flights and ended up here unexpectedly.
