overall very satisfied, we will be using this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

convenience of access to airport, plus the parking facility whilst away on our vacation. the airport shuttle to transport people to and from the airport.

Cons:

when waiting for the transport to convey passengers to the airport, it was clearly apparent that there was not enough room on the bus to take everyone. maybe a better system to ensure every one who wanted a seat had a seat as opposed to waiting the 30 minutes for a second bus.

How well they accomodated everyone from the airport when our flight was canceled, we showed up on the shuttle bus, which was full and they the staff were fast and professional getting everyone checked in

Cons:

We arrived at midnight which i had requested late check in for, with 2 small children and the staff could not find my reservation even though I had 5 confirmation emails showing that I had paid. Tried to make me pay again and finally after fighting with them for 40 minutes they suddenly found my reservation.. with 2 small kids who travelled all day, the last thing we needed was to fight with someone at midnight for a room that was already paid for!!
