Pros:

Nothing. I asked for a refund and I didn’t stay the night. I slept in my car.

Cons:

Everything. Smell. Room. Bed stains.

Uncomfortable and hot
Pros:

The property was in a good location. Access to hotel was great . Hotel was near many establishments. Customer service was good. The room was nice upon arrival. It looked cleaned when you open door. Amenities were ok. We did not have the time to use them.

Cons:

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty and there was food left in drawers when we went to insert clothes. The worst was the air conditioner that did not work. We were asked if we called the office to change rooms. We did not have the time for we arrived late and did not want to move everything to another room. We tested the air conditioner to see if it would turn on other settings and it did not. You can feel mattress coils.

A good place for the price
Pros:

It was a good price and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The conditioner was empty, I told the front desk but they need brought me any. The bathroom sink sprays all over.

They will NEVER see me darken their door again.
Pros:

I like that the rooms were equipped with a stove top, full size refrigerator/freezer and even a sink with a disposal.

Cons:

Parking is atrocious. Breakfast was very ordinary without a lot to impress. Had to notify the front desk 3 times about noise coming from room above us. Was told the manager called the room to learn a little boy was there without his parents who just went out to dinner and left him alone with the dog. After the manager personally went to the room to tell them to stop ‘bouncing off the walls’, the ruckus continued on well into the night!!

Never in my life...
Cons:

The room had a very strong odor. Possibly onion but not like a normal smell. There was urine running down the front of the toilet that had been there for some time. Tile floors near the beds had never been cleaned.

When we let the front desk respentative know, ahe said they had been having issues with the housekeepers doing their job properly. She informed the owner and after they attempted to have us take another room they agreed to cancel they stay. After I let booking.com do their thing by contacting the property, the property is now refusing to refund me.

Okay for what we paid for it
Pros:

Close to the highway and affordable

Cons:

The AC unit didn’t not work and the shower was hard to work. The water was either cold or burning hot

Broken ice
Pros:

Both the ice machines were broken, and front desk told me go next door to hotel to get ice. I am handicapped and need ice for medication. Was told not there problem.

Cons:

Attitude of front desk clerk telling me to go to another motel to get ice and that it's not there problem they don't have ice

The building needs an update. Beds are like rocks. The staff is nice and trying. More handicapped parking near the stairs.
