remember there are NO non smoking rooms at that place....
AV not working , bathroom had a leak
Horrible the security person named Burak is horrible he is extremely mean and misbehaves. The service is bad they wont give water. And did not give bell man service.

The highlight of a stay at the Radisson Blu Bosphorus hotel has to be breakfast. To sit at the water’s edge in Europe looking across to Asia is a unique experience. The food is plentiful and excellent, the staff friendly but professional. The only fly in the ointment during this stay were some other guests who behaved like hunter-gatherers piling a table with cakes, fruit, even omelettes that were left uneaten, but wasted in a table of melon pieces squashed strawberries and patisseries.
That, of course is not the fault of the hotel and I would add that we have stayed here many times and this was the first time we encountered the caveman family. Even here, the staff were brilliant.

It is beautiful hotel and in very convenient location, whenever I will b back in Istanbul will definitely stay there
Good, but their hallways and carpet needs to be updated and clean, rooms also needs some kind of upgrades

Compalined to the general manager who saw the state of the room and was appologetic but would not recommend.
Staff were great. The netted curtains were dirty the windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. I was moved to another room which had the same problem but I did not bother complaining further. Hotel location is excellent.

We stayed in the Annex building and had multiple issues with our key card being disconnected and then the place to insert the key broke for the main entrance and we had to wait until maintenance came! Not something I’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff not warm at all!
Nice hotel with beautiful water views and good staff
The hotel condition is old, the rooms are in poor condition and it hasn't been updated for years already. I have been staying at this hotel for the past 10 years when I visit Istanbul, I won't be anymore unless they refurbish the rooms.
