Gute Lage, gutes Gym & Spa, schönes Zimmer, Concierge sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal beim Check-in, Parkgebühren von 15$ (sollte gratis sein, wenn man schon da übernachtet)

Nostalgia 20 years ago we had our honeymoon there.

Cons:

Bathroom in our room had empty container near the sink and tiles falling off. Tried to get overcharged an obvious amount for drinks we didn’t purchase by restaurant manager, bar person explained we paid for every drink, no apologies came forward at all, extremely disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful and would fully recommend it. Very comfortable and the views were gorgeous.
Pros:

The views were amazing. The bed was extremely comfy and the staff were lovely.

Pros:

Nice pool, comfortable room
Local bus to town stops outside hotel.
Good food bars in town

Cons:

Took over 45 mins to check in. Initially given an upgrade which only had one bed instead of the 2 bed room we had booked. Had to speak to manager who downgraded us back to our original room. Got to room but key didn't work. Back to reception for new keys and they didn't work. 3 sets of keys later and 45 mins to finally gain access to our room

La grande taille de la chambre. La proximité de la ville accessible à pied

Cons:

Un accueil pas très chaleureux. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la montagne , nous avons eu une chambre sur le parking.... nous avions eu une suite, peut-être avons nous été up-gradé pour cela mais personne ne nous a rien dit.

Our stay was great and will recommend to family and friends
Pros:

Restaurant food was nice. Could have done with a little more food options. Room was great and comfortable with a beautiful view. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Easy access to all amenities.

Cons:

We contemplated not having dinner in the restaurant due to wedding function noise. But we understood. And stayed. Maybe more food options in restaurant. And considering yous are in a area that snows, we did wish your outdoor pool was heated. But jacuzzi was very nice.
