The room was extremely comfortable and quiet as requested.
The pool area was very nice and we used several times.
Wasn’t impressed having to pay for parking when no where else in our three week trip from Auckland to Queenstown charged extra.
Location and pool good.
A little dated. Staff were really welcoming and helpful.
The hole experience was magnificent views to die for. The duty manager was a top man anvesh Verna thanks for your time and effort
I had to leave
Friendly staff and very helpful particularly Sylvester in the restaurant who looked after my son and I at breakfast.
Nothing the room was huge and everything you needed.
View was amazing
Great facilities, good parking/access, nice breakfast , super room (after upgrade-thank you).
Very supportive staff.
Not many rooms /spaces with lake view. Just a bit far to walk to town.
Close to bus stop, great pool, spa and sauna. Balcony with privacy. Lovely views from all rooms.
Magnificent view of the lake.
Garage/parking
房间挺大的,床很舒服,还有阳台
wifi信号非常不好
The room was relatively large, there was a small kitchenette which was nice. the hotel is a little old. We worried about the parking place but we found one easily. Breakfast was fine..
The view from our room..it was of the road next to the hotel..
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, we loved the outside balcony and seating areas. The apartment was spacious for our group of 5
Convenient, quiet and with parking.
Not much atmosphere but in a conference hotel that was not really to be expected.
Rooms were clean and the staff friendly and had lovely views -but that's about it.
Overall the hotel is dark ,dated and somewhat dingy.
Breakfast was average and on the expensive side.
Red flags for me are shower curtains in bathroom and coach parties . Rendezvous had both
Never good signs.
Stay was pleasant but must be better places in Queenstown
