Pros:

Location is too good, grate walk experience. Pool area also meet expectations and houses keeping been really good

Cons:

When I get there for check in, wasn't felt goood customer service. The receptionist wasn't even simle or welcome approach. Never felt this much unwelcome experience before.

Pros:

Great location. We had stunning views from our room.

Cons:

Dated interior does not really match the vibe from photos online. Staff were extremely busy and not as friendly as you might expect at a 4* hotel.

Really friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room. We had a Lakeview room with a balcony and it more than delivered! Great view of the lake from our room.

Cons:

our building the lift only goes to 3rd floor. But our room is on 4th. When we Check in there is a very nice guy helped us with two large suit case. When we check out because is in hurry morning, so we did ourself.

I wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Housekeeping did a great job.

Cons:

They advertise onsite parking, but this is only the case if you’re lucky. Parking is not reserved and is on a first come first served basis and costs $15 per night - none of this information is in their advertising.
Food in the bar and restaurant is ok but could be better

May been a luxury stay 30 years ago, showing age and no better than a mid range motel.
Pros:

Bed very comfortable & pillows.

Cons:

Was "upgraded " without requesting to room with no view of lake, washer/dryer where dryer didnt work so had use guest laundry anyways, didnt need a full kitchen, nor huge area with little seating, old tired outdated wing, so upgrade was more of a downgrade. Had to ask to refill coffee,milk. Room not vaccumed twice. Charge for parking is such a rip off.

Tucked away on a corner. Stunning views from our room balcony of the lake. Very comfy bed and a good sized room . Clean and modern. Highly recommended.
