Great place for a relaxing getaway
Pros:

The staff are friendly and the amenities are everything you need for a stress free holiday. Loved our dinner at MacKenzies. The pool was a bit chilly but was great to jump into the spa to warm up afterwards. Highly recommend.

Un séjour de 10 jours pour visiter Queenstown et ses environs
Pros:

Très bel emplacement.
Grands volumes des chambres.
Personnel de restauration très aimable.

Cons:

C’était propre mais pas parfait.
Le lit d’appoint pour notre fille de 16 ans n’était pas satisfaisant.

침대가 좋아서 숙면 취했어요ᆢ그리고ᆢ다운타운과 가까워서 좋았어요ᆢ밀포드사운드 갈때 먹을 도시락이 차가웠는데ᆢ직원분이 전자렌지에 따뜻하게 데워줘서 좋았어요.

Cons:

베개가 낮았으면 좋았을꺼같아요ᆢ베개가 높아서 타올 베고 잤어요. 그리고 패밀리룸은 레이크뷰가 없다고 해서ᆢ그게 아쉬웠어요.

Pretty location, nice trail walk into town. Great food.
Pros:

Food was delicious and the bartender crafted wonderful gin martinis!

Cons:

Accessibility room was all that was left? It was a bit dated.

We had an great time and felt very comfortable.
Pros:

Swimming pool, breakfast, gym, spa, bath, towels at the pool, parking, friendly staff, hot chocolate was the bar was amazing,

Cons:

No view of the lake or balcony, (I did ask for this but was not given) swimming pool was icy cold and could have been a bit warmer, restaurant had limited options,

Very nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

We loved the location-- walking distance to the centre of town, but perched on a hill with gorgeous views of lake and mountains. The staff allowed us to leave our car parked in their underground lot while we explored Queenstown even though it was past checkout. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff pleasant.

Cons:

The price was a The pool and jacuzzi were being cleaned during the brief time we planned to use them, which was disappointing. It would have been good to know in advance. The cost was a bit higher than we would have liked.

Loved the hot spa, great amenities like buffet breakfast, gym, pool, restaurant and room service

Cons:

Was hard to get a table at breakfast. Limited parking meant we were a bit nervous heading out to dinner. Pillows were not that comfortable.

although adequate enough, would not stay there again.

the restaurant was inside hotel

Cons:

it was very close to the road so nighttime noise was hard to ignore, (had to ask if we could be moved to the back of the hotel) some of the staff were a little rude
