Very friendly staff, good location, spacious room and good views.
Used glasses and cups were not replaced when used.
Very comfortable large bedroom with lovely lake/Mountain View from balcony.
Clean and tidy with helpful mini fridge/freezer and kettle.
Bus stop directly outside hotel for easy travel to/from central Queenstown or a 15 min walk (downhill on the way into town).
Onsite parking is not guaranteed and is charged at 15 NZD per night.
Great view, close to town, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.
The sauna and hot tub both weren’t that warm, and the gym is very small and limited. All are great options to have though while you’re there.
Front staff were extremely responsive to concerns with our initial room.
Was placed in a very dated / beat up room initially. At check in they indicated it was an upgrade which definitely was not.
Das Zimmer war gross, geräumig und stilvoll. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Die Aussicht wurde leider durch einige Bäume verdeckt.
Der Standort war ausserhalt von Queenstown City Center. Es hatte einen Bus der direkt vor dem Hotel eine Haltestelle hatte. So waren wir schnell in der City und hatten nachts unsere Ruhe.
Wir hatten ein Privat-Zimmer nehmen unserem Hotel-Zimmer. Das war etwas ringhörig, nur eine Nacht war es relativ laut.
