Can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

I love that it’s only a NZ$10 uber away from everything. Or a stunning 10 min walk into town. Our views of the lake from our room were unbeatable. The restaurant dinners we had with their new chef was 20/10. We actually kept struggling to make plans in town because nothing would beat their dinner menu. Kids loved the pool!

Cons:

I didn’t like how early breakfast ends. Time zone wise in Australia (we’re only 2 hours behind) and we’re early birds but rushing down to get breakfast by 9:30 (they pack away at 9:50am) was annoying. Felt like we could never get a sleep in.

The property was beautiful.

Cons:

We had to have our bed remade the first night as when we opened it there were hairs inside. We took photos and sent to management but there was no response. Staff were also quite slow to respond to needs. For example on the second day our room was forgotten to be cleaned and restocked. We called in the evening to get some more supplies (ie fresh mugs) and had to call multiple times to get them. There was also an issue with the airport taxi that we discussed with the front desk who advised they’d follow up but once again we never heard anything back about it.

Pros:

The checkin staff was amazing, fast process, really friendly. . Nice surprise in our room, a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate added a personal touch to our stay and anniversary/birthday trip ❤️🙂

Cons:

House keeping service could have been better. Toiletries, bathroom and other products were not refilled at times but otherwise everything else was great.

Absolutely awesome!
Pros:

We had a nice two bedroom apartment, the bed was very comfy, fire was cosy in the living, there is a lot of space in the room, spa bad / swimming pool is great too.

Cons:

The room was a little bit cold when we arrive, but the heat pump was good and got it warm really quickly. The elevator was not reaching our floor, we had to climb the stairs to reach the 4rd floor.
