Cons:

Far from town centre and uphill climb. Too expensive for old warm down place plus wasn’t offered things to make it more comfortable (eg bathrobes) or airport or city transfers

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious...big selection of hot and cold options. They catered well for gluten free by toasting bread and making eggs any style.
It was our son's birthday during our stay and we mentioned this.when we booked...we returned to our room on this afternoon of his birthday to a lovely little chocolate cake and candle with a card wishing him a happy birthday!

Cons:

When we checked in they told is that the pool and gym facilities were likely to be closed during the period of our stay. We were initially disappointed to hear this as.the decision to book at thw heritage was in part due to the pool ( school holidays with children!) .. though it turned out that is was open the whole time

I still have a hold on my credit card that they aren't refunding even though I have settled account

room was close to town

Cons:

staff not very friendly and menus that were out were outdated so when you asked for things you were made to feel like an idiot when they were no longer on offer. i mean seriously just print a new menu

Pros:

가성비 좋았음, 조금더 가까운 숙소보다 200불 가량 저렴, 타운으로 걸어가는 길이 너무 좋은 산책길, 친절한 직원, 주차공간

Cons:

가성비로 선택했기 때문에 딱히 아쉬웠던 점 없음
