I think that they need to check the rooms before your arrival
Pros:

We picked the property that was with the Bayside Ocean view, and we arrive in the has no curtains a couple of hours later to another thing which was a little frustrating

Pros:

I was told I could cancel reservations by the guy in front and I would not be charged but I was charged anyway. Where is honesty in this world
