All units are nonsmoking. A USD 250 smoking cleaning/damage fee will be assessed on departure for anyone smoking in the unit.

All reservation requests were noted at time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.

Perfect place to stay of you don’t have a vehicle and have no need to go out. Everything is on the property and readily
Pros:

We loved the fact that we didn’t need to leave the resort per say.

Cons:

There seemed to be confusion about which trams go where. Maybe more communication with guests would be more appropriate.

Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful!

Cons:

The staff working the front desk was RUDE and not customer service friendly at all. Even when texting the number asking things it was very much “figure it out for yourself” vibe.

Great stay at Sandestine Resort
Pros:

The facilities and amenities were great.

Cons:

There was a glitch in their system and they put tbe incidentals hold fee on my card twice, decreasing my vacation budget by $499.
And our unit had no scissors

We love Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort! This is our go to resort in Destin!
Pros:

The condo we had was amazing! We loved all the different pools and of course the Baytown wharf!

Cons:

Only one access point to the beach on the property.

It was good just need some stoves for cooking and bigger fridge!!
Pros:

Ocean front and the gated community. Traffic moving around and the surrounding areas was good.

Cons:

The rooms for 4 adults needs to be bigger. Needs stoves for cooking other than that it’s ok for like college students or highschool spring break but adults travel and stay needs more accommodation.

Wonderful place
Pros:

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Extras like bikes were nice. Golf courses were great. Pools were nice. Lots options of things to do without leaving the resort.

Cons:

The only negative was the tram. We waited a while and none came. It was hot so went back to the room and drove to the beach.

Overall the stay here was amazing 10/10 for our first family trip in years.
Pros:

Everything we needed and wanted to do was close

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi connection was bad but we did come during like a rainy season.
