Pros:

Beautiful resort in a secure location, right near the Botanical Gardens.

Cons:

Being close to the airport. plane take off's were extremely loud first thing in the morning.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Spacious. Many trees.

Cons:

No lift to our 3rd floor room. It was OK with us but will not be for some people with large baggages. No reception people over weekend. No reply to my text informing a locked car had an engine running on the premise over several hours on Friday evening. We had to wait for the car's petrol running out until Monday!

Pros:

The unit was comfortable good bed and easy chairs ,lots of wardrobe room.

Cons:

We didn't like the 48 steps up to the 3rd floor, we are in our 80s and wouldn't have booked if we had been aware of that .also the cooking smells from one of the units was too much ,we like Indian food to eat ,but we couldn't sit out on our balcony for the smell.

Overall- nice stay
Pros:

Nice compound, nice big apartment with direct access to the pool.
The restaurant at the resort's entrance is a nice touch if you feel like an easy night out.

Cons:

Fridge had a broken plastic Compartment on the fridge door, Sauna next to pool is not operational and would be great to have since the pool is quite cold this time of the year.
Finaly parking is a little challenging as the allocated parking space is extremely tight.

No reception on weekends therefore had to search for staff on arrival. Unit furniture surfaces not dusted. Built in cupboard bedroom door mirrors filthy.
Black mould above shower recess. Points to cleaners not doing their jobs properly.

Appartement immense ! De nombreuses piscines, résidence sécurisée. Accès rapide à Cairns par les transports en commun à 5 minutes à pied si comme nous vous n'avez pas de voiture de location (1 dollar par personne pour transport en commun illimité sur la journée !!!)

Cons:

Strict minimum pour cuisiner, apparemment vieillissant (douche qui fuit)

Pros:

The apartments were spacious, beds comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed as a group of 5 families (21 people) located all over the complex and everyone lived exploring and meeting up at one of the pools.
