L équipement, le parking, la sécurité, le calme, appartement spacieux.

Cons:

Dans la salle de bain il n y avait plus de repose serviette et les robinets sont difficiles ouvrir et fermer.
Les oreillers sont vraiment trop minces.

Il manque un peu d entretien.

Spacious and modern.
Pros:

Room was spacious and modern with everything we needed. Multiple pools.

Limited food options within walking distance but you do have a kitchen.

We liked the location and that it was secure with the gate

Cons:

The particular unit we stayed in had issues with the hot water from the time we checked in. I jad to follow up twice before anything was done about it. The until was also not cleaned to a standard you would expect. There was a lot of mould on the window frames and glass. I actually ended up cleaning it myself as the smell of mould in one of the kids bedrooms was unacceptable. They sent a cleaner to clean after I had already done so and they didn't seem to clean much at all. The bed was also very uncomfortable. In saying all of this I didn't realise at the time of booking it is all individually owned and its luck of the draw with which unit you get. I spoke to other guests and they did not have a similar experience so I think we just got unlucky

Good space, good facilities but dated.
Pros:

Good facilities with the 4 pools and tennis court 7-10 mins drive from down town cairns. Spacious apartment.

Cons:

The apartment we had was dated and could do with modernising especially the bathroom and toilet. The extractor fans did not work.
Also lacked a clothes rack to dry togs and towels.
Check in on a weekend is all ‘out of hours’. I received no instructions for check in and when we arrived at 1:55 (for 2pm check in) there was no keys in the lock box for any of the 3 groups including us waiting. We waited 30 mins for someone to come with the keys, and still no keys for us and another phone call to sort it.

Pros:

Great sized apartment, plenty of space. The 4 pools were great, our boys loved having a choice of where to swim. Showers had great pressure. Decor was slightly dated but that didn't bother us.

Cons:

Being so close to the airport there was abit of plane noise but it wasn't too bad. A small bbq on the patio would have been nice

Cons:

They did not tell us that redemption was not open at the weekend and did not inform us about collecting our keys from the locked box. The garage is locked at night and the only way we could get the car in was for one of us to get out go into the building and unlock the garage door from inside.

Good but needs weekend reception!

Cons:

We were booked in on a Saturday and arrived to find the place closed all weekends. The keys were not ready and it was very difficult to check in, find our parking and get any information. They really need to man the reception every day!

It was a good stay apart from some hiccups like--tv not working and phone reception was poor.
Pros:

I like that the resort has so many pools which makes it convenient for the kids to go to the ones that was not so crowded. I like the location and cleanliness of our accommodation. I like that the room has the cookware and utensils we needed during of almost a week stay.

Cons:

It is unfortunate that the TVs in the lounge was not working and the ones in the main bedroom. When i reported this, someone immediately attended it but there was nothing she could do. But the staff was so helpful as we were having troubles of connecting to the wifi as phone reception in the resort was very poor. We cannot even call.
