We loved that we had an outdoor patio with access to the pool. Having multiple pills on-site was a fun thing as well.
There were no blankets on the beds or in the apartment. We arrived late and the office wasn't open, so the first night was not that comfortable. The apartment was also a little low on light.

Not much, honestly the outdoor area was fine, but everytinhg else below par.
Run down, aged Messy, nothing matched the photos on Booking.com No Big screen TV, the bedroom tv was bigger than the Main room. Outside furniture was better than indoor.
The pool areas and garden were maintained beautifully
There was a clump of hair left in the shower. Stains all over the walls and kitchen. The main tv was damaged and the couch was sunken.
The 2 bedroom unit is spacious for family of 4. We have the balcony overlooking the pool which was great. Also shower is spacious and water pressure is very good. Worth mentioning the beds are very comfy and aircon works really well.
We didn’t realise there is no lift and being on the 3rd floor, we go up and down the stairs. Not advisable when you have little kids particularly if you are using a stroller or pram. Also the plates, pots and cutlery were not clean properly. We washed up everything that will be needing during our stay prior to using it. Also the dryer filter was full of lint and looks like it wasn’t empty in a long time. We found some clothing left in the apartment possibly from previous occupants.

Older apartment fitted with modern decor - rug had stains, door handle on one bedroom fell off. Bathrooms had shower over bath not walk in so difficult to get into for older people
TV not connected to Arial so had to stream if wanted to watch ..

I like the idea of being a gated resort.
Ground floor apartment with private access to the pool was a definite plus for my family
The property was spacious, especially the three bedroom apartment. All basic appliances were provided in the kitchen. Cutlery were adequate, but some of them weren’t cleaned. The resort had ample shade and filled with greenery. Quite close the the Cairns central and to the airport.
Customer service was extremely poor, and the parking situation was a nightmare. The underground parking had very poor lighting, making it almost impossible to see the parking numbers on the walls. The space provided was only suitable for a very small car and definitely not for a standard 5- or 7-seater. Our hired Toyota Kluger was damaged while trying to park because the space was so tight. Staff were no help at all and simply told us to park outside, where there was not a single available car space.
The service issues did not stop there. In the middle of the night, the hot water tank started making loud beeping noises. We waited until morning and contacted the after-hours number before heading out. Staff said it would be looked after, but when we returned late that afternoon, the noise was still coming from the hot water system. When we contacted them again, we were told it was a water leak detection unit and that the battery could simply be removed — and then they asked me to do it myself.
To make matters worse, a week before our trip, after everything had already been booked and confirmed, including flights, the property called and asked whether we could change our dates. I really question how this property is even listed on Booking.com. What is the point of Booking.com confirming the reservation and charging the credit card if guests are then asked to change their dates at the last minute?
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this property
