Fabulous family apartment, in best location!!
Pros:

Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious with everything we needed,excellent modern facilities and great balcony. Location was perfect, close to town and airport. Children loved the pools especially. Will definitely be back!

Cons:

For a luxury apartment, thought a small coffee machine would be nice.

Overall it was a good place to stay for 2 nights, a small home away from home.
Pros:

The parking is horrible! One space under the building which is designed for smaller cars. And the permanent residents are very aggressive if you park in the wrong spot!
Did not feel safe to use the pool. The permanent residents carried on like drug addicts!! I will not be staying at this property again!

Pros:

The resort was tidy and easy to access. The access from room to pool was lovely.

Cons:

The parking spot for our room was fairly stressful to get into. The turn into the car park was very tight but you get used to it.
There was a full kitchen and pantry. It would be great if there were some staples in the fridge like some sauce etc (as there are bbq facilities) so you dont need to do a full shop of things you wont fully use and perhaps a first aid kit, however these aren't major issues, just suggestions.

Rooms were very big and spacious

Cons:

Very disappointing from the start. We were told our keys would be in the lockbox at check in time at 2:00. However the keys were no where to be found and no one as available due to it being a public holiday. I understand not having the keys prior to this time but it would’ve been nice to at least be able to access the facilities whilst we wait. Finally someone showed up at 2:30pm with the keys. But we had young kids and were already waiting for hours to get the keys so not having it on time was difficult. Our other family members who had rooms booked waited even longer than us. Once we got into the room it was fine. We decided to go to the pool and “spa” and it also stated it had a sauna so we were excited about this. Much to our disappointment, the spa wasn’t really a spa and was freezing cold and the gym and sauna were out of order. Also we were told we could have pool towels for $5 per towel which we were willing to pay however not one staff member was there the whole weekend so it was impossible to even get these towels to use. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great home away from home. Perfect place to relax and unwind.
Pros:

Incredibly spacious apartment, and well set up for 6 people. Great facilities both in the apartment and the complex. Comfortable beds, decorated quite modernly and very clean.

Cons:

A little run down in some areas. Return key lock box wasn't secure, battery of garage remote was on its way out, and most times had difficulty getting in and out of parking.
