Disappointing
Pros:

The pools were nice

Cons:

The room was dark and dingy, the bed was broken in the main room (fixed on day 4), the bed was not a large double as advertised- it was 2 single pushed together creating a significant gap which was very uncomfortable for my partner and i, there were children’s scribble on the walls, the curtains were coming off and couldn't be pulled properly, the curtains were filthy, dead cochroaches, terribly loud whilst trying to sleep with constant banging of doors, only one couch in living area not sufficient for a family, noisy fans, modem router placed on floor in bedroom with cords running all over the place. The area was not nice either. it was a real disappointment and impacted our (much needed) holiday. No partial refund given despite the bed being broken for half of our stay.

was given incorrect room that had not been cleaned. had to return to reception to pick up new keys.
Cons:

room very dirty and poorly arranged with furniture. was uncomfortable. single beds pushed together to make a queen bed. would not recommend this place to stay. it is old and desperately needs an update.

Lovely apartment, beautiful outlook and friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely apartment with everything you need and lovely surroundings. Very convenient to both Cairns and The Airport. I will definitely stay again when next in Cairns

Cons:

There were no real negatives. It would perhaps have been nice if reception staff had taken a bit more time to go through where the car park was and how to enter and exit as well as what each key was for but this is a very minor point.

We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and amenities.

The mattress would separate during the night, even though we had a queen-size bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable.
