Omgeving geweldig ,persooneel vriendelijk maar kamer kan beter bij huisgebouw 4 (verbeteren is nodig

De omgeving en netjes onderhoud en zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De kamer waar we geslapen viel tegen dan ik gedacht maar met bedrag is oke hoor.. maar kamer heeft wel wat opknapbeurt nodig ... bijvoorbeeld meer lamp in badkamer en want onder de douche in donker is niks... dus zou meer licht aanwezig door meerdere lampjes..

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls komfortabel und gemütlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage unweit vom Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Park in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig und hat einen schönen Blick auf Dresden. Unsere Zimmer befanden sich in Haus 3. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag frisch geputzt. Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut und ausreichend und wir konnten es vor Ort dazu buchen. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 7 kommt man in ca. 30 min direkt ins Zentrum von Dresden - die Haltestelle ist ca. 7 min Fußweg vom Hotel entfernt. Auf der Hotelanlage gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant, wo man den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Der Check in ging sehr flott und wir konnten bereits um 14 Uhr unsere Zimmer beziehen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Unsere Zimmer in Haus 3 sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatten ein paar Gebrauchsspuren (Flecken am Teppich und auf einem Stuhl). die Dusche ist noch mit Vorhang und in einem Zimmer hat die Lüftung im Bad nicht funktioniert.
Das Rührei beim Frühstück ist leider nicht frisch, sondern aus der Packung, das ist sehr schade.
Der Kellner im ital. Restaurant war teilweise unfreundlich, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
