Schöne Location mit Geschichte
Pros:

Übernachtung im Einzelzimmer (war diesmal alleine)- fand ich besser als das Doppelzimmer im letzten Jahr.
Kann ich empfehlen, moderne Einrichtung, Schließfach, Minibar Kühlschrank. Blick zum Schloss und Parkanlage.
Ich bin öfters in der Gegend und übernachte fast immer bei KIM.
Das nächste Mal werden wir endlich mal ein Zimmer im Schloss buchen.
Es ist halt eine tolle Umgebung zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war geschmacklich in Ordnung,
der Bereich für das Buffet ist aber einfach viel zu klein und eng bemessen. Natürlich gehen nicht alle Gäste gleichzeitig Essen, aber selbst bei 15 bis 20 Gästen fand ich es problematisch.
Dadurch leidet auch die Präsentation der Speisen. Hier sollte das Hotel über eine Entzerrung oder größere Fläche/Raum nachdenken, um den Gästen mehr Komfort zu bieten.

Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und hat für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Wir nutzen das Hotel als Zwischenstopp und kommen immer wieder gerne.

Insgesamt ganz in Ordnung
Pros:

Ich war schon öfter Gast und die Lage, sowie das tolle Frühstück, aber insbesondere das freundliche Personal sind ein großes Plus

Cons:

Dieses mal habe ich scheinbar falsch gebucht oder Pech gehabt, Haus 3 ist qualitativ weit unter dem Standard den ich aus Haus 2 gewohnt bin, ich war etwas enttäuscht über das etwas altbackene und abgewohnte Zimmer.

Pros:

Lage schön mit Blick auf Dresden, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur S Bahn Stadion,

Frühstück reichlich und vielfältig ( wer da nichts findet selber schuld)
Personal sehr freundlich
Wer Dresden erkunden möchte hat hier das richtige Hotel um abends auszuspannen

Durch Personal Mangel wenig Reinigungskräfte , von daher nur Zimmer reinigung auf Aufforderung
