非常に良い
Pros:

スタッフの方がみなさん気持ちの良い対応でした。
四条駅出口すぐの立地もとても良かったです。
1階にスタバもあり、出かける前や部屋へ戻る前など気軽にドリンクや軽食を買えるのが便利でした。

Cons:

特にありませんが強いて言えば、空気清浄機のフィルター交換をした方が良さそうです。

低コストで、１人で泊まる事が出来ました。

駅から近く便利で、周辺にコンビニもあり、1階はスターバックスがある。

La atencion del personal super! Desde la recepcion, super atentos, resolviendo mis dudas y el paoyo que recibi para eviar una maleta a otro hotel fue inmejorable, el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones atentos y serviciales, asi mismo el restaurante con todo lo necesario y suficiente para iniciar la mañana al 100, la ubicacion inmejorable, alejado del billicio para descansar pero lo suficienteente cerca de todo lo visitable

酒店設施有些舊，設施保養有進步空間（水龍頭漏水），但員工態度親切有禮，早餐選擇合適，味道很好，而且鄰近交通便利，我會再次光臨。

Pros:

A very nice hotel in the center of Kyoto downtown. A few steps from the metro station. Very good breakfasts. Nice staff. A comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, with a couple of inches between my head and the ceiling (I am 6'1"), but it was OK.

The location was excellent. All the transportations to the major culture attractions were around the corner. Nishi Market was walking distance. So was the shopping district. A great location to stay.
