L'établissement est au top. Ma fille n'a pas voulu partir a cause de la piscine 😅😅😅 franchement bien et le restaurant de l'hôtel pas cher. Je crois qu'on reviendra en période pas trop chaude.

Very friendly staff and great grounds. Although not the most choice at the restaurant the food was really good.

Cons:

Would be best if you have a car as we found taxis were needed to and from the public transport to naples.
Unfortunately the hot tub in our room wasn't working during our stay but the manager was very apologetic and made sure we left happy as if was unable to be fixed.

Pros:

Zimmergrösse und -aufteilung war gut für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Klimaanlage funktionierte auch super. Cappuccino beim Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit in der ganzen Anlage und in den Zimmern liess zu Wünschen übrig... Wir mussten zwei Lifte (unheimlich, da sehr alt) nehmen, um zu unserem Zimmer zu gelangen. Auswahl beim Frühstück war mässig und es fehlte ständig an Gläsern, Besteck, Essen am Buffet. Je nach Windrichtung roch es in der Anlage nach Abflussrohr... Das Hotel lag abgelegen - man musste immer sehr teure Taxis (10 min, ca. 70 EUR) nehmen, um irgendwo hinzukommen.

Pros:

We had a mezzanine room, modern enough. Toiletries, fresh towels daily, mini bar with a few waters and soft drinks. Staff super friendly, nice breakfast, evening meal had nice touches like a welcome Prosecco. Plenty of loungers, good sized pool, pool towels provided.

Cons:

The closest metro/ train station is closed so you need to walk 15 minutes to get one.

Perfektes Hotel für Urlaubsmix mit Sightseeing und Baden
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Poolanlage war wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt um mit der Bahnlinie Ferrovia Cumana von der Haltestelle Agnano (Entfernung 800m, 10 Minuten Fußweg) in die Stadt zu fahren, oder mit dem Mietwagen in 20 Minuten an die Küste zum Baden ans Meer.

Cons:

Abends war an der Bar kein festes Personal eingeteilt. So mussten wir, nachdem wir 15 Minuten gewartet haben, an der Rezeption nachfragen, worauf dann aber sofort Personal kam.
Wir hatten das renovierte 4-Bett-Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Das Zimmer war top, allerdings mussten wir die Klimaanlage immer auf höchster Stufe laufen lassen, auch nachts. Es macht den Eindruck, dass das Volumen des Zimmers für das eine Klimagerät zu groß ist. Ein zweites Gerät in der oberen Etage würde eventuell helfen. 24 Stunden auf Stufe 3 sorgte aber immer für eine angenehme Temperatur.

Super relaxt en fijn verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het zwembad is ontzettend fijn. Daarnaast was het een ruime en fijne kamer. Het personeel is super vriendelijk. Je kunt er gratis parkeren en het voelt super veilig. Het ontbijt is echt mega goed.

Cons:

Lunch/restaurant of dingen aan het zwembad waren vrij prijzig.
De airco lekte en ondanks meermaals aan de receptie aangeven is hier zover wij weten niks mee gebeurd.
