Room smells so bad. Went we came was no air at all.
Room wasn’t that good how on the pictures. Really was so disappointed.

Absolut nicht das was man sich von den Bildern verspricht.
Das Zimmer war absolut marode, veraltet, nicht richtig sauber und der versprochene Balkon ist eine verdreckte Terrasse mit Spinnenweben an den Möbeln und Ameisen so weit das Auge reicht. Die Toilettenspülung funktioniert überhaupt nicht, 2 Blätter Papier waren schon ein Kampf runterzubekommen. Die Bettwäsche war nach dem frischen beziehen fleckig, im ganzen Raum ein unangenehmer Geruch.
Am Pool herrscht Badekappenpflicht. Mal wird sie eingehalten, mal nicht. Aber übertriebene Körperbehaarung ist hingegen in Ordnung (Logik?).
Das Frühstück war so schlimm, dass wir überlegt haben außerhalb zu speisen. Es wird nicht wirklich nachgefüllt und das Buffet sieht aus wie ein Schlachtfeld. Auswahl sehr mager.
Nettes und kompetentes Personal war die Ausnahme, oft Sprachbarrieren. Das Hotel ist ziemlich außerhalb und ruhig gelegt, das wussten wir. Deshalb ist es zu empfehlen ein Fahrzeug zu mieten.
Habe mich aber lange nicht so geärgert bei einer Hotelauswahl

Da einige den unangenehm Geruch beschrieben haben, das liegt nicht am Hotel, sondern wird durch die vulkanische Aktivität der Phlegräischen Felder, insbesondere des Solfatara-Kraters verursacht. Schwefeldioxid halt.

le stanze, che sono obsolete, ma soprattutto i bagni che vanno riparati perché nessun tappo del lavandino funziona perché il rotolo della carta igienica è a un metro e mezzo dal water , perché gli areatori non funzionano, perché non è possibile fare la doccia in una vasca non piana,quindi i bagni vanno assolutamente rinnovati e adattati ai criteri minimi di
comfort, il rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto ai bagni e alle stanze non è accettabile
