Staff very helpful and friendly
All good.
We honestly cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. From start to finish, she did a truly remarkable job coordinating our wedding on Friday, 26 June 2026, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make the day flawless.
Victoria was calm, organised, attentive, and completely on top of every detail. She anticipated needs before they even arose, handled logistics seamlessly, and made the entire day feel effortless for us. Because of her professionalism and quiet confidence, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in the safest possible hands.
What really set Victoria apart was how personally invested she was in making our wedding exactly what we had envisioned. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive, while also being decisive and efficient behind the scenes. Guests commented on how smoothly everything ran, and that is entirely thanks to her.
If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is exceptionally capable, genuinely caring, and an absolute pleasure to work with, Victoria is outstanding. She exceeded our expectations in every way and played a huge part in making our wedding day unforgettable.
Thank you, Victoria — we couldn’t have done it without you
Bed was very uncomfortable
Nice place
Staff need to be trained how to be nice
The bedrooms are small but very clean. The breakfast is fresh and there are lots of options. Also the food in the restaurant was very nice. The staff are professional and friendly.
Room comfortable, bathroom adequate. Good quality toiletries. and nice towels Food choices adequate - plenty of room to sit with quiet areas. Car parking okay.
No handrails on some corridor steps within the hotel. Service could be a little slow. Wines and spirits expensive. If you need to go anywhere walking not an option. No shop onsite.
Staff were lovely and approachable, room was excellent, loved the toiletries and the hotel was very clean... no issues there at all. There were only a few areas to look at for maintenance such as wear and tear on the door in the bathroom, but that's all upkeep and the hotel is doing very well in that regard. Would definitely visit again.
Staff members were all lovely and lots of outside space for the dogs once it had cooled down as was so hot when we stayed.
Room was basic for a Hilton, we’ve stayed at other dog friendly hotels that cost less but had more to offer like, complementary waters, juices, snack etc.
The aircon is set at 20 so you can’t change it and the shower is like a white knuckle ride when the shower floor is wet, has no grip and quite dangerous.
Bed was like sleeping on a pile of bricks and woke up with a very stiff neck.
We hadn’t been advised there was a wedding reception that evening that went on until midnight along with kids playing football on the lawn outside the party room and their ball bounced off our patio doors a couple of times causing our dogs to go into security guard mode.
Finally I think £8.00 per night for parking is unacceptable considering the only place you can probably walk to is Sainsbury or the top of the A3.
Clean nice surroundings and helpful staff
