It had a bed
There was a lot of noise from a football crowd. People were drinking in the hallways.
Staff then refused to help me with a parcel which had been sent to the hotel. Very poor service.
Clean and good location
The ambiance of the hotel didn’t feel welcoming.

Comfortable bed, lovely large fluffy towels, good breakfast range, most staff friendly and helpful
No privacy from car park, no drinking water, biscuits or hair dryer in room would expect this considering the price of the room, non meat items at breakfast mixed next to meat items - not great for vegetarians
The breakfasts were 1st class
The pillows and room situated over the laundry room. The road works and diversion.
Lovely property, although awkward to reach with current road works 😞 super staff, high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel, excellent choice provided for breakfast, nothing to complain about whatsoever!!!
