The property was very clean, the breakfast yummy, and the staff was so kind and friendly. I became sick during the middle of my trip and my friend called the reception desk and asked if they could bring me some water and twice they brought me a complementary, large bottle of still water, which was so wonderful and thoughtful for someone who was sick.

No family rooms so had to book two rooms for our family of 4.
Great room with a balcony.
There is a difference in floor levels at ground and 2F which is a bit awkward with heavy baggage.
Abbey, Elliot and Sam are excellent members of staff.

2 evenings our keys didn't work which was inconvenient as we were very tired but sorted out as soon as they could
