Modern and spacious, but no sound proofing
Pros:

Brand new rooms - super modern, large beds and really good AC which is crucial given the current weather in England. Staff were also very nice upon check in and check out, paying particular attention to + being friendly with our little girl who is only 1!

Cons:

Sadly quite noisy doors as the doors are not sound proof at all. The light from the hallway floods your room, that’s how big of a gap there is between the door and frame. We were on the ground floor right by reception and heard people coming and going late into the night - we could hear their conversations word for word. Inside the rooms is also not much better, the walls are pretty thin so I could actually hear my niece crying in the room next door! This is the only genuine fault but it is quite a big one.

A little disappointed but lovely stay

Smart hotel
Pros:

Stopped 1 night. Receptionist Seohee very friendly and engaging.
Room very smart and good size. Very clean. Comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
Breakfast plentiful and freshly cooked. Server Clair friendly and helpful.
Good value hotel.

A lovely birthday surprise for my husband enjoyed by all.
Pros:

We had a surprise birthday party on Saturday July 25th for my husband with our family and friends present and had a lovely time. The food was delicious and all the staff were lovely, so friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our special thanks to Eleanor, Matte and Roman who looked after us throughout and of course to the chef and staff at breakfast on Sunday.
Our room was very comfortable and we would definitely visit again and recommend the Hilton Cobham to others.
Last but not least thank you so much to Victoria and Charlotte who helped me organise it all, their enthusiasm and help has been invaluable.

Great Stay
Pros:

We had a company room block of 15 guests. Our team also had 2 dinners at the hotel plus drinks after meetings at night. The accommodations were adequate and very comfortable. Beautiful clean comfortable beds and shower towels. Tidy rooms, great room service. Nice bar and restaurant. Wonderful breakfast every day. The concierge 24-hrs were super. Will look forward to coming back

Amazing experience
Pros:

Amazing experience in this Dog friendly hotel. The room with the patio was perfectly convenient for our Dog needing a break outside. The food wasdelicious. There are so many good amenities but we could not avail all of them, would like to return. I hope you can commend some particular staff who made our day. Will never stay in a Hilton again unless I receive my £24 breakfast overpayment

The staff.no one sorted out the problem with us not getting the breakfasts we paid for.I rang days layer and was told this was unacceptable and someone would contact me but nobody did.Between bookings .com and the hotel no one wanted to take responsibility for the mess up.I spent two hours of my stay on the phone.It completely spoilt our time away.

Thoroughly recommended
Pros:

Our second recent stay at the hotel and we were not disappointed. This hotel is full of happy, fiendly and efficient staff, making you feel very welcome. Our room had a balcony a joy to sit out in the late Summer evening. We had breakfast and dinner both excellent. Room amenities are more than adequate, with a fridge, tea and coffee and a super comfortable bed. This time we didn'tget to use either the pool or the gym, that's for our next visit. Thoroughly recommended.
