And everyone was so helpful.

Cons:

Not important but could make the stsy even better. Room had a great smart tv but wasn't connected to the WiFi therefore wasn't able to use it the smart way ie YouTube Netflix etc.
Simple step but will make huge difference to guests.

Nearly ruined by aircon but staff stepped in to help, saved the day. AMAZING STAFF! Thanks
Pros:

The airconditioning temperature could not be adjusted to less than 18 degrees. Nearly ruined the weekend.
However, the staff went beyond call of duty to relocate us to different rooms. But we didn't want to after settling down on day 2, so we remained which was our choice.
Staff were genuinely amazing. I cannot commned them enough. These are good committed folks.
Thanks to Alex I think and the other member of staff (lady) I'm sorry I forgot her name.

Cons:

Wished the aircon temp could be unlocked. Capabililty there, I don't know why Hilton Management locked it.

No lift!
Pros:

Nice parking, nice room. Very good breakfast and staff in breakfast were amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately no lift, and with 3 kids and luggages was not very good. Reception tried to help but did not manage to change room ( offered to carry my bags however)

Rude staff.
Pros:

The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfy and the lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in and upgraded our rooms free of charge as we were celebrating a birthday.

Cons:

Charging for parking when you're a paying guest seems a little unfair.
When leaving the hotel it was impossible to get out as the barrier wouldn't operate. When I called reception they hadn't validated the parking charge and then put the phone down on me!
The breakfast was a standard buffet but we had to ask for certain items to be filled up. Poached eggs were hard and cold even though made to order!
Staff in the bar and the restaurant were quite rude.

Preferred the cold shower to the cost of breakfast!

Cons:

Cold showers both at night and in the morning. Cost/ night fairly pricey but I guess proximity to London comes into play. Ludicrous cost of breakfast c£20 head in advance or £24 on the day. You may also have to pay for parking. We were at least given a concession for that.
