Pros:

Очень уютный милый отель. Его окружает восхитительная природа. Вкусные завтраки, приятные сотрудники и на ресепшн, т в ресторане. На территории много живности, приятно смотреть с балкончика. Отличный спорт зал.

Cons:

Вцелом, мы тут уже останавливались и приятно удивлена, что качество не падает. Есть моменты, но мы о них уже знали - нет лифта, иногда поздняя уборка в номерах.

I always forget about Marble threshold at the door between the bathroom and the lobby, again almost broke my toe.

The TV remote was dead, I reported it to the desk staff as I was leaving.

Very good for what we wanted and paid.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the bar did not have the non-alcoholic beer I like - Guiness 0%. The restaurant only had one Bavette Steak on our final night - I had the chicken instead which was very nice. Breakfast was very good

Perfect location for Brooklands and exit roads back towards the south.
Pros:

Excellent evening meal and breakfast.
Polite, helpful attentive staff.
Peaceful surroundings for a hotel so close to major roads and London. Also peacful inside the hotel.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have enjoyed a swim.

Quite room and clean. Loved the upgrade.

Cons:

Was not informed when originally booked there would be a £50 holding deposit as well as the room cost so this was a massive surprise. Also didn't like the fact even though I was a guest staying in the hotel I had to pay for parking. Stayed there a few years ago and neither of those things were in place then.

Good hotel with good facilities with potential to be better
Pros:

Comfortable room well laid out. Good breakfast food options

Cons:

Evening menu could have been more extensive. More could be made of the grounds to provide some/one woodland walk(s). Do not agree with charging customers for parking.

Adequate but expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Restaurant staff were friendly.

Cons:

Light pollution in room made sleeping difficult. Also noisy due to being next to A3 and lack of double glazing. There was a cold draughty coming through the window.
There were no gluten-free options marked on the menu and the chef seemed unhelpful in coming up with suitable suggestions. The staff seemed to have no understanding of what gluten is.
