Fantastic room, comfortable bed, great staff, really nice breakfast. Massive tv!
Minor! Shower was just about OK. Parking machine was a bit of a hassle.
The staff were great. Restaurant staff in particular. Especially the ladies on Sunday morning during breakfast. Extremely helpful and lovely to chat to!
I was told I was Guest if the day and were had free parking, discount on our evening meal and a room upgrade.
Hotel is clean and very comfortable, we were very happy.
Sadly we felt that the room wasnt quite up to scratch.
On arrival, we found the room to be extremely warm.
The air con control was locked and we weren't able to operate it. Had to have the window open all night.
Shower was disappointing. Water pressure very low. I actually felt cold in the shower! Shower head a bit disappointing, too small, not what we expected in that upgraded room.
We found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, mattress too firm for a comfortable sleep.

For just under £100 for a double room one night stay, I didn't expect it to be as god as it was. Great team!

Having to wait to check-in, on 2 occasions.
Paying an extra £7 for a room with a balcony which was pre-requested, to be told we couldn't have a 'twin' room with a balcony and they were not able to refund us the £7 , so we were given 'Free' parking which we were not aware there was a charge! We are also both Hilton Honours members which entitles us to free parking anyway. So this was disappointing as we had paid an extra £7 for nothing. A complimentary drink would of been more acceptable.
Fortunately we did not let this ruin our stay.
