Alles in allem war es ok, für den Preis habe ich allerdings mehr erwartet!
Pros:

Modern ausgestattet, Personal hat sich gekümmert und sich den Problemen angenommen, Nähe zur Metro. Nett mit den Kindern Abends noch den Pool zu nutzen.

Cons:

Die Ersten 2 Tage Ausfall der Heizung (wir haben aber eine 2. Bettdecke bekommen und einen Heizlüfter), oft zu voll beim Frühstück und ich hätte mehr vom Frühstück erwartet! Beim nächsten Mal lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und ein Croissant oder Baguette um die Ecke holen. Der Whirlpool war nie an wenn wir ins Bad sind.

la situation , le responsable du petit déjeuner sidi qui fait que l’on revient a l'oceania, il nous fait l'accueil digne d’un 5 étoiles il nous prepare des oeufs coque. mais svp faites nous une option oeufs au plats. la salle de sport avec un eliptique c’est ce qui manque juste pour etre parfait!

parfois au desk accueil un peu de non professionnalisme dans les nouveaux arrivants une stagiaire ou autre un peu brut et peu psychologue ne voulant pas nous donner la carte de la chambre car on ne porte pas le même nom que son concubin alors que nous venons + de 10 fois dans l’année- bon c'est arrivé une fois -le reste ras

War in Ordnung, vergleichbar mit Budgethotels in der Nähe, die allerdings keine Zimmer für 4 Personen anbieten und keine

Gutes Frühstück, netter Pool, ruhige Lage des Zimmers zum Hof, sehr gute Backwaren zum Frühstück

Cons:

wenig Aufmerksamkeit für Details wie:
- Angebot, Espresso zu machen, aber nur große Kaffeetassen am Buffett
- nur Einwegrührstäbchen und Papierbecher auf dem Zimmer
- verkalkter Ausguss im Wasserspender
- Suite für 4 Personen, aber nur 2 Bademäntel/Hausschuhe
- im Frühstücksraum tropft es durch die Decke auf die Gäste und der Platz wird nicht abgesperrt
- sehr wenig Ablageplatz und räumliche Enge in der Suite - kein richtiger Schrank, wenige Bügel, aber auch kaum Platz auf dem Boden für 4 Koffer bei ausgeklappter Couch (wie gesagt, gebucht für 4 Personen)

J’avais demandé un lit bébé lors de ma réservation mais finalement il n’y en avait pas, toutefois la chambre était trop petite pour le mettre. Je pouvais difficilement me
plaindre vu que mon bébé ne payait pas et qu'il a pu dormir avec moi mais je trouve trompeur de le proposer lors de la réservation pour ne pas le fournir au final.
