An ok hotel in Paris, but could be better.
The rooms are typical Paris size, so pretty small! If you have anything other than an overnight bag or carry on case there is nowhere to put your luggage. The bathroom is good, but the main shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom so everything got wet.
The reception desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful. But, the bar was the main reason I did not rate this hotel higher. One evening, returning to the hotel after dinner, we went to the bar for a drink, one of our party was served & we were then asked to take a seat and they would take our order. After waiting 30 minutes and asking 3 times if someone could serve us we gave up and left. The bar staff were rude and blatantly refusing to serve us.

The rooms were ok, quite small but nicely designed. Shower was good & they had rituals
The staff were SO rude - one lady on the evening shift in particular. I was made to feel like a nuisance.
Literally nothing works in this hotel - I was shocked to see this was rated 4 star. The saunas have been turned off & do not work. The pool is really cold - we couldn’t stay in there longer than about 10 minutes. The jacuzzi does not work.
The hotel does not supply conditioner despite advertising they do.
The staff shame you if you eat too much - I watched 2 customers get told off. They run out of a lot of food (no yoghurt on my stay)
The vending machines are empty.
It’s almost like the hotel is really struggling financially and have turned everything off & holding back on food. It made me feel super uncomfortable despite paying for this.
Also had to pay 200 euros on checkin despite paying upfront for the hotel via booking.com

I stayed at the hotel for one night only, and unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not working. The weather was extremely hot, making the stay very uncomfortable.
When I contacted the reception staff, they informed me that the maintenance technician was on leave and that there was nothing they could do. What was particularly disappointing is that they were already aware of the air conditioning issue before assigning the room to me, yet they still gave me that room.
In addition, I experienced the following issues:
Loud music and noise continued until late at night.
A housekeeping staff member entered/opened the room door without knocking first.
Overall, this experience did not meet the expected standards of comfort, privacy, and guest service.
The room included a private balcony and garden.
