Really disappointing overall

Cons:

Staff miserable, rude, purely focussed on generating revenue. The most unwelcoming "welcome" from asian receptionist when I arrived. The african restaurant manager wins award for rudest member of hotel staff I have encountered ever

Tout, très bien placé, parking fermé pour la voiture avec accès direct à l'hôtel, métro à 500m, personnel au top, souriant, piscine super propre accessible jusqu'à 23h! Idem pour la belle salle de sport!
