Bel hôtel bien situé mais zone spa à revoir.
Pros:

- La très sympathique terrasse du bar / restaurant qui nous plonge dans un univers "exotique" en plein Paris. Les bons cocktails et la qualité du restaurant.
- La sympathie du personnel a l'accueil comme au restaurant, toujours disponibles pour nos demandes.
- La décoration moderne et originale.
- La qualité de la literie.
- La situation très proche du métro et du tramway.

Cons:

- Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa piscine et sa zone spa, grosse déception. Le hammam est en panne (visiblement depuis des lustres) et plus rien ne semble fonctionner autour de la piscine (jets d'eau style jacuzzi en panne, de même que les douches et il y a pas mal de rouille et de calcaire). Il serait grand temps que l'hôtel entreprenne une grosse renovation de ces espaces qui sont, sur le papier, leur gros point fort.
- Il y avait quelques bizarreries avec l'électricité comme un de nos chargeur qui fonctionne partout sauf sur les prises de la chambre et une lampe qui clignotait.

Great hotel and stay where some things need attention to
Pros:

The hotels structure and layout. The swimming pool was nice however the jacuzzi was not working.

Cons:

The building needs work. The swimming pool was broken a bit where the jacuzzi wasn't working whilst we stayed there. The rooms shower - terrible layout as it kept flooding. We showered by the swimming pool instead as I'm autistic and my mum has mobility issues where changing rooms would stress us out. So we found other alternatives.

Pros:

Le p'tit déjeuner , la propreté et la literie .il est bien situé et calme

Cons:

On n. a pas pu accéder à la piscine et ce pendant tout le week-end et sans. grande explication. Le personnel à l accueil n est pas très agréable .

Rumori impianto climatizzazione, colazione povera non all’altezza di un 4 stelle, mi dispiace dirlo

Lo staff è stato accogliente, cordiale e sempre disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno più piacevole grazie alla loro attenzione e gentilezza.

Cons:

La camera presentava rumori costanti e l’aria condizionata nonostante il regolatore digitale non si riusciva a regolare, rendendo difficile mantenere un buon livello di comfort. Inoltre, la colazione non rispecchiava gli standard di un hotel a 4 stelle, risultando povera poco varia e non realmente continentale. Mi dispiace dirlo ma e' così.

Pros:

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile, ho avuto diversi problemi e mi hanno aiutato a risolverli con rapidità e gentilezza. La piscina al coperto molto carina.

Cons:

La camera era accogliente però la doccia senza porta di chiusura (solo un vetro di separazione che lasciava un varco di ingresso) comportava il dover stare attento a non far uscire l'acqua nel bagno... Perché non mettere una chiusura ????
