Pros:

The hotel proximity to Heathrow

Cons:

Food is not up to par.

Mash potato on the chicken supreme tasted like powdered mash ...not potato mashed.

And

The tia green curry was warm, so it had to be sent back.

But it wasn't the best ...to watery and not that nice.

Sorry guys ...but quitea lot of room for improvement.

Staff are really nice,though.

I feel struggle to see well
Same as bedroom it was very hard for me to see and room wasn’t bright enough for me to walk about amd find thing .
Also I finds room to too warm and I had to open the window all night . Didn’t have good sleep for two nights

Was feel offended but one of untrained staff about service animal my guide dog . The manger are aware of this which is good .
It me didn’t feel good welcome and it effect my confidence

I think kids should have free meal during school hoilday really

Co pare to premier inn make me feel welcome and kids go feee breakfast etc

I hope that staffs more aware of visual impairment need good light for health and safety
Of alarm I can’t run to door myself because floor too dark and table and dark black and brown it very hard for me to see .

Cons:

We paid for a night stay never had an issue before. Soon as we arrived to check in the man behind the desk was nasty and very rude told us we are banned for life with no explanation at all and refused our refund. Disgusting

Cons:

I booked 2-bed room with higher rate, the room was downgraded to 1-bed due to technical issue, they offered one more 1-bed room or £25 refund, we accepted first option but finally changed our mind to option 2, we didn't take the 2nd room.
2 weeks past, they refused to the refund now.
But booking.com did very well and give me some appreciation bouns even less than £25, I appreciate it.

Very uncomfortable nights sleep. Woke up with really bad back ache and pillows weren't comfortable a
Pros:

Breakfast and location were good for what we needed

Cons:

The mattress and pillows. Was one of the worst nights sleep I've had. The fact there was restrictions on the swimming pool times to be able to use as a family and not enough time yo be able to have breakfast and swim without rushing.
