Birthday Celebrations
Pros:

I was very lucky to hold my 60th birthday celebrations at Hilton St. Anne's Manor on 2nd August, all organised by my son. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, Kirtan and Emma at the bar and also Dil and Shrada, all for their amazing service and care throughout the event.

It was such a pleasure to be able to book live music so a big shout out to The One Eyed Man, his voice is amazing and the choice of music could not be faulted, everyone complimented him. It was also amazing to book DJ Josh for the rest of the afternoon and evening. He provided a fabulous atmosphere and had everyone up dancing!

My friends and family were complimenting how nice the food was, so fresh, and the hot items were indeed hot! We all enjoyed every minute of our day.

Thank you all so much for making my birthday celebrations such a memorable event!

Pros:

The location to get to lego land was great . Easy to find aswell. The beds were comfortable great sheets pillows and spacious in the room. My son is in a wheel chair and I emailed ahead and they gave us ground floor which was great. The staff were also really friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was really outdated and id emailed ahead to say we were disabled and they gave us a bath which was quite difficult to get my son in and out of he's nearly 14 so I think they need to have a disabled bathroom with a seat walk in shower . The bathroom was also dirty with pubes in the bath was a bit horrified !

Breakfast was warm and not hot either .

Wonderful celebrations
Pros:

We had the pleasure of celebrating my sister's birthday here on Sunday, 2nd August, and it was a fantastic experience.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to Dil, Shrada, Kirtan, and Emma at the bar for their exceptional service and care throughout the event. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We were able to enjoy live music during the day and a DJ in the evening, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The buffet was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the hot food was served piping hot. The team also kindly helped us move tables to exactly where we needed them, making everything so easy for our guests.

A massive thank you to you all for helping make my sister's birthday such a memorable occasion. We truly appreciated all your hard work and hospitality.

Excellent service for a business meeting
Pros:

We hired the Sunningdale Suite for a meeting of 20 people. I have to say thank you for the exceptional service of Shrada who was our event manager on the day. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was great for a cabaret style meeting of 20 people. It was one of the bad heatwave days, so we were very grateful for the aircon.

We all enjoyed the lunchtime buffet as well.

Superb Venue
Pros:

Beautiful hotel set in extensive grounds. Very modern rooms at a reasonable price and recently upgraded and have a modern feel. Bar and restaurant area spacious and open with views onto forest area. Outside seating with sunbeds and seating. If you’re lucky you might spot a deer or two (as I did). Staff helpful and cheery. Menu prices not extortionate for the area . Only down side is lack of air con and fridges in the room unlike the majority of Doubletree brands, but don’t let this deter you from visiting. Breakfast is probably one of the best I’ve had in doubletrees, and I’ve stayed in a lot. Only real downside was the charging points - £40 for a 2/3 charge m, that’s bordering on extortion. Use Tesco down the road it’s 90% cheaper.
Overall this hotel is up there with the best I’ve stayed at and it has a free car park and is dog friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Pleasant stay with everything we needed despite slow check in
Pros:

The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we required for a short stay for a wedding nearby.

Cons:

Upon checking in the staff member was friendly but the system was not working so we waited a long time before she attempted another desk which started to work but she then needed a colleague to take over. The next day when we went to access our room we were locked out and returned to the reception desk for the guy that helped out the day before to say our card was only registered for one night instead of the two. Ordinarily this wouldn’t have bothered us but we came back to the hotel between wedding functions so we were pushed for time and the hiccup wasn’t ideal although easily sorted.
