Divvietīgas bērnu gultiņas šausmīgā stāvoklī (sienas kronšteins bija vispār izrauts no sienas, gulta visu laiku čīkst , bērni baidījās kāpt iekšā, nācās gulēt uz grīdas.!!!
Pa dienu numurā nav kārsta ūdeni.
RECEPTION nevarēja izskaidrot kur tas īsti atrodas SPA salons un kurā vietā varēja pierakstīties uz masāžas procedūrām.
Viesnīcā iekša nav info , kur tad īsti ir SPA nodaļa, rezultātā, mēs palikām bez nekā!!!
Pašam ūdens atpūtas komplektam bija dažās vietas norautas mozaik-flīzes un pati baseina zona vairāk paredzēta vietējam baseina nodarbībām , nevis viesnīcas klientiem.

Vi sa till personalen om brister, som att ac:n blinkade med felkod och att kablarna stack fram ur handdukstorken, samt att de hade kopplat förbi jordningen i handdukstorken. Men inget gjordes. Vi sa också till om bajs i en av poolerna, men det låg kvar dagen efter.
Det var generellt ganska ostädat och i lekrummet var mycket saker trasiga

Старые, ушатанные номера; в номере было холодно, кондиционер был в такой пылищи, что страшно было включать, а то эта вся гадость полетела бы по всему номеру, и мы бы этим дышали 🤯

When we arrived, everything initially seemed fine. However, shortly after entering our room we tried to connect to the Wi-Fi, which was not working at all. We called the reception twice but no one came to assist us. After calling a third time, a staff member finally came to our room, but unfortunately he spoke very little English. He said he would fix the problem, but in the end nothing was resolved.

While waiting, we decided to check the cleanliness of the room more carefully. To our surprise, we discovered candy wrappers and a suspicious substance on the table that looked like narcotic residue. We documented everything with photos and videos and went to the reception to report the issue. The only comment we received was “That’s strange.” We were then offered another room.

When we went to inspect the second room, we noticed that it was in significantly worse condition. The interior appeared old and worn out, and the windows could not be properly covered with curtains. The light from outside was shining directly onto the bed, which made the room uncomfortable for sleeping.

We returned to reception and explained that this room did not match the standard room category we had booked, and therefore we could not accept it. The staff reacted with visible irritation, including eye-rolling, and then offered us yet another room to check.

The third room appeared to be on a floor with economy rooms, which again did not match the category we had reserved. We finally checked the last room offered to us and it seemed acceptable, but the Wi-Fi problem still persists — it only works in a very specific spot in the room.

This is a serious issue for me because I need stable and fast Wi-Fi for work, and I have to work for several hours. Unfortunately, using mobile internet is not an option for me.

We came to this hotel specifically to celebrate a birthday and relax after an early flight, but instead we spent a significant amount of time dealing with these issues.

Istabiņā bija durvis uz blakus istabiņu (protams aizslēgtas), bet labi varēja dzirdēt cauri, kondicionieris visu nakti mirgoja, nedaudz traucējoši.

Huoneissa oli käsittämättömän kuuma ja kun pyysimme korjaamaan asian meitä kehotettiin avaamaan ikkuna. Vierailimme kohteessa helmikuussa.

Huoneiden kokoon liittyvään ennakkotiedusteluuni vastattiin sähköpostilla vasta kun olimme jo kirjautuneet sisään.

Avainkortti ei toiminut.

Hiustenkuivain ei sammunut vaan jäi päälle. Onneksi huoltomies saatiin paikalle ja hän vaihtoi kuivaajan kokonaan uuteen.

Vesipuiston liukumäet olivat vain rajoitetusti auki.
Poreallas oli kiinni.

Standard tuba ei vastanud fotodel kajastatule, lõi vale ettekujutuse. Tuba ei olnud hubane ja puhtus ei olnud tasemel. Seinad mustad, wc-s katkine prügikast.
