One of the main positives of this hotel is definitely its location, it is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, as the selection is fairly wide and offers plenty of choices.
Our room faced Kanuti Street, and the sound insulation was very poor. Traffic noise was clearly audible, and drivers seem to speed along that street, making it difficult to rest comfortably.
The pool and water park area also show clear signs of wear and tear and are in need of renovation. In both the pool and the jacuzzi, many tiles are chipped or broken, creating a risk of injury from sharp edges and corners.
However, the main reason for the low rating is the water quality in the pools and water park slides. After our stay, our child developed itchy skin rashes, which are very likely related to the water quality. We used the large and small pools, the jacuzzi, and the shorter water park slide. The only pool we did not personally use, though our child did was the children’s pool with slide equipment.

Отличный завтрак. Кровать хорошая, но подушки уже совсем старые и бесформенные. В номере ванная комната просторная и удобная. Расположение хорошее очень. Длинный бассейн 50м. Летом наверно с детьми хорошо, 4 горки.
Номер уже старый. Кресла все в пятнах. Спа не понравился. Спа для взрослых, без детей, надо доплачивать. Смысла нет специально сюда заселятся из-за спа, пределенно экономят на всем: струи минимальные, в бассейне холодно, освещение плохое. Есть рядом отличные отели с хорошим спа.
Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä satamaa ja vanhaakaupunkia. Runsas ja hyvä aamiainen. Edullinen hinta. Kylpylä oli ok, ei kovin laaja ja paikoin hieman epäsiisti, yleisilme/kokemus kuitenkin positiivisen puolella kylpylästäkin. Huone ok, sängyt mukavat.
Kylpylässä lasi-/muoviseinät ja osa lattioista sekä suihkutilat hieman epäsiistit. Hotellihuoneen oven lukitus oli rikki, mutta korjattiin heti kun huomautimme asiasta.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and I would strongly recommend this resort to any families planning a trip to the Christmas markets! Everything about our visit was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and great with the kids.
The restaurant breakfast was fantastic — plenty of choice and a great way to start busy days exploring. The children had the best time wandering through the markets and the town, soaking up the festive atmosphere, and the highlight every evening was finishing the day in the water park. It was the perfect balance of festive sightseeing and fun relaxation.
A brilliant family getaway and we would happily return again!
Unfortunately, I would not recommend the day spa. It was possibly the worst facial experience I’ve ever had. The treatment felt rushed and disappointing, and overall it really didn’t meet the standard you would expect from a resort of this quality.
