Pros:

Saimme toivomusten mukaisesti erilliset kolme sänkyä superior-huoneeseen. Huoneesta oli hieno näkymä puistoon. Aamiainen oli erinomainen.

Pros:

Väga meeldis et toal oli rõdu hea vaatega, spaa oaas oli väga mõnus ja lõõgastav. Toit oli ka väga meeldiv, hommikusöögil oli rohkem maitset kui muudel sarnaste hommikusöökidega hotellidel. Allee restoraan on ka ise enesest väga ilus paik eriti õhtul.

Sport und Entspannung in einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, kalte und warme Speisen verfügbar. Der Zugang zum Wasserpark und Saunen ist gut zu finden und hebt dieses Hotel von anderen deutlich ab. Check-out wird bis 12.00 h (Ortszeit) gewährt, so dass man auch am Abreisetag noch bequem morgens schwimmen gehen kann. Sowohl die Altstadt, das moderne Rotermann Quartier, das Opernhaus als auch der Hafen sind fußläufig erreichbar, eine Haltestelle für Bus und Tram befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel liegt in einem weitläufigen Park und bei wärmeren Temperaturen kann man bestimmt auch die Terrasse nutzen und sitzt dann direkt im Grünen.

Много услуг, все понравилось, удобно и в центре города
Pros:

Завтрак прекрасный, фитнес центр ТОП.
Насколько понимаю, раньше это был спортивный и плавательный центр, а потом уже стал отель

Nous étions au bout du couloir où il y avait les travaux, la chambre n'a jamais été faite en 3 jours. Le gel douche/shampoing unique n'était pas terrible.

Great location, excellent waterpark, uncomfortable beds, below average customer service
Pros:

Waterpark is excellent and makes the stay worthwhile especially with children. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Location is prime, being on the edge of the modern city center as well as the historic old town. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Reception Staff was sullen and unfriendly generally. It was very warm and the ACs were not working, and when I asked at the reception the guy without even looking up at me said "All ACs don't work. Just open a window. Someone will come to fix it in 2 days". This was definitely not a pleasant customer experience. The reception staff was generally not very welcoming and pleasant

Rooms are basic. Beds are not very comfortable, and the fact that the ACs did not work for the duration of our stay was not helpful

Было хорошо, но ожидаемого ощущения от спа не удалось получить.

Добрый день! Объект размещения находился в удобной локации старый город/новый город. Всё находилось в пешей доступности.

Cons:

Не понравилось Спа, который входил в стоимость проживания ( бань мало, холодные) и спортивный бассейн, в который параллельно занимались плавцы, т. е гости отеля не в приоритете. Вода для детей не очень тёплая, которая течёт в горках. И конечно не было приятно то, что в этом комплексе было ещё отдельная платная зона Oasis spa, в которую попасть можно только дополнительно заплатив за человека 23€ при этом детям до 18 лет эта зона закрыта ( нас было 4 семья, двое взрослых и двое детей, которым не было 18 лет), ходить по отдельности с мужем, заплатив за посещения оasis, как-то не очень , т.к детей тоже одних не оставишь в простом спа, вообщем на картинке отеля всё выглядело более привлекательным, чем оказалось на самом деле.
Также парковку отель для своих клиентов не предоставляет, только платная 25 € в сутки, мы оставались на две ночи. Возле отеля точно такая же ситуация, везде европарк с такой же ценой. Может на отшибе, нашлось бы местечко и по бюджетнее, но…. В Эстонии это не первый отель, где останавливались, знаем, что бывает по-другому и со спа и с парковкой.

Hotell oli tip-top, teenindajad meeldivalt viisakad. Hommikusöök on alati hea! Ujula ja saunade ala väga mõnus!

Cons:

Ujula ja saunade alal oleva mullibasseini istmed ja mõned funktsioonid vajaks korrastamist. Loodetavasti väheneb ka hotellitoa aknast kostev tänavamüra.

Conforto, ótima localização e excelente spa.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, pode-se fazer todos os pontos turísticos da Old Town a pé, tudo muito próximo, vários restaurantes, shopping e transporte público, caso precise. Próximo inclusive do terminal A para embarcar para Helsinki, fomos a pé. A estrutura de piscinas é ótima. Reserve um tempo para aproveita-las, assim como o restaurante do hotel ALEE, ótimo preço e comida espetacular. Não posso deixar de elogiar o café da manhã, um verdadeiro brunch.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. Somente alguns detalhes poderiam ser melhorados: SMART TV e o chuveiro ter um pouco mais de pressão. Mas como disse, isso são somente detalhes.

Cons:

Hotelli markkinoi itseään allergiaystävällisenä. Vaikean eläinallergian vuoksi erikseen kysyttiin kahteen kertaan huonetta, jossa ei lemmikkejä ole majoittunut. Vielä kolmannen kerran varmistettiin asiaa sisäänkirjautuessa, kerrottiin asian olevan kunnossa. Ei kuitenkaan ollut. Keskustelun jälkeen selvisi, että tässä hotellissa ei ole yhtään huonetta, jossa lemmikit eivät majoitu. Kaikissa huoneissa saa olla lemmikki. Ei ole allergiaystävällistä huonetta!

Huone 6.kerroksessa oli todella kuuma. Pahimmillaan +28 astetta, vaikka ulkona oli alle 20 astetta. Hotelli- info kertoo siellä olevan ilmastointi, ei ole. Henkilökunta sanoi vain, että avatkaa ikkuna. Ikkunan sai auki vähän, mutta vasta aamuyöllä lämpötila huoneessa laski inhimilliseen +25 asteeseen.

Kylpylä oli epäsiisti. Joka paikassa seinillä ja suihkuissa isot kalkkikertymät ja likaa.
