Location and helpfulness of staff
I would say as an older couple that the hotel caters more for young families if you are going with the thought of using the water park facilities. It has a spa and sauna for a small extra fee for everyone else though. A bit busy for us personally. Saying all that, we would stay again as the location was ideal. The breakfast and staff at the hotel all reasons we would stay here again without hesitation.

The disappointing part was that the lounge bar closes that 22.00hrs, at least it could remain open till 23.00hrs for some drinks, tea etc

Erillinen kiitos ravintola henkilökunnalle monipuolisesta aamupalasta. Oli myös monta erilaista salaattia, mistä tykkäsin.
Palvelu oli ystävällinen ja ammattimainen.
Huoneessa 201 oli pitkä ikkuna, mutta noin korkealla, että nähtiin vaan puiden latvoja.

The hotel was in a very favorable position near the Old Town. The swimming pools made it attractive and special. The breakfast was good.
The hotel room left a lot to be desired. Almost everything was missing. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The sheets were not changed in 3 nights of stay.
Dostęp do Takiego Basenu to czysta przyjemnosc, 50 m, puste tory no rewelacja ! Na pewno jak będę kiedyś w Tallinie zabookuje ten Hotel!
