Pros:

Toad olid puhtad ja hommikusöök väga hea.

Cons:

Veekeskuses puudus kompaktsus ja ei vastanud ootustele. Ujumistrennid siin-seal. Olime lastega ja Oaasi 18+ ei külastanud.

Mukava lomailupaikka.
Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kaikki muukin.

Cons:

Hotelli oli aika sokkeloinen varsinkin näin iäkkäämmälle ihmiselle. Ehkä opasteita ja ohjauskylttejä voisi lisätä.

Pros:

Kylpylä oli kiva 7v. lapsenlapselle. Myös aamiainen oli hyvä ja ravintola viihtyisä. Huone ihan perus, lapselle yläsänky oli mieluinen samoin lapsen kylpyviitta mukava ja huomioiva yllätys kylpyläkäyntejä varten. Isot puut hotellia ympäröivässä puistossa mahtavia, toivat luontoa lähelle kaupungin keskustassa.

Cons:

Pesutilat kylpylässä voisivat olla raikkaamat ja siivouksen olisi suonut näkyvän myös kylpylän aukiolon aikana. Liikenne kuului puolen yön aikaan huoneeseen autojen kiihdytysajoina. Osa henkilökunnasta melko ystävällistä, kiitos siitä, osa aika töykeääkin.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located nearby town. The spa is more like a swimming hall, luckily they also have the exclusive SPA-area. Altogether enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

Pidin ainoastaan k18 spa puolesta.

Cons:

Huoneet oli todella epäsiistit. Seinillä ja katossa ihme tahroja. Sängyt olivat todella epämukavat ja kovat, niissä vain ohut petauspatja. Henkilökunta oli todella töykeää muutamaa lukuun ottamatta, ei ollut tervetullut olo. Spa puolen piti mennä klo 22.00 kiinni, myös baari mutta baari sulkeutui jo 19.00 aikaan jos ei jopa ennen, ja spa puolelle ei päässyt enää ennen 21.30 edes ja tulivat häätämään pois. En todella odottanut tälläistä 4 tähden hotellilta. Varsinkin epäsiisteyden ja epäammattimaisen asiakaspalvelun puolesta. Meillä oli myös varauksessa puolihoito mutta kun saavuimme meille ilmoitettiin että sellaista ei edes ole. Huoneen tv ei aluksi edes toiminut. Myös töykeän ja oudon tuntuisen henkilökunnan takia yöt olivat epämukavia ja tuntui ahdistavalta jättää mitään hotellihuoneeseen.

Hyvä aamiainen ja siistit huoneet.

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ollut ikkunaa, vaan jokin kuva joka oli ikkunan vastine. Tunne Huoneessa oli ahdistava kuin vankilassa.

We are going back some day
Pros:

We got our room 3hours before check in time, because it was ready. Also we were upgraded to better room.
Location is really good, near harbour and Old Tallinn. Viru Centre is about 10min walking distance.
Atmosphere was easy and friendly.
Room was clean and tidy.
Hotel was quiet, no noise anywhere anytime.
Staff was friendly, customer service was really good and all question were answered right away.
Value for the money was 110%.
