Breakfast was the only disappointing thing. Food was warm but not appetizing. Coffee was good.
Loved the suite having a door between bedroom and sitting room. Bed was great. Thermostat very responsive - a good thing!

Nothing. Horrible place
We had an horrible experience at this hotel. The hotel is located at the intersection of two interstates and a couple of major roads. Our room was located on the first floor closest to these noisy highways. We had requested a quite room on an upper floor. The receptionist could not honor our request, said the hotel is full, though The parking lot was almost empty. We are also reward member of IHG group.
No sound proof in the room. Also extensive glare from the cars . We could not sleep al night. The bathroom had molds. At best a motel 6 quality.
We will never stay at this brand.
Door jam on room door is damaged and difficult to open and close. Needs repair or replacement.

I liked the location. It was clean and I felt safe.
The sound insulation could be improved. The guests upstairs were very loud and were stomping around. It was a bit disturbing. I was on the ground floor not far from the breakfast area. In the evening until very late, there was a group of people congregating there and their laughing carried into the room.
Breakfast and location was good.
The water in the shower/tub was not hot enough. It was barely more than luke warm which was very disappointing.
