Excellent!!
Pros:

Everyone was so friendly, the facility was very nice and clean..loved that it had a starbucks..the gym was awesome..my phone fell the first night under the elevator and they retrieved it as quickly as possible and I really appreciated the way the staff went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable

A decent accommodation with a very good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. I was kept in fresh towels and linens. I was allowed to change rooms without hassle because of an issue with my first room.

Cons:

The room A/C seemed inadequate. The floor was a little dusty and room service never swept it the entire time. The elevator seemed excessively slow. The Bistro service seemed inconsistent. One time prompt and efficient, the next time very slow.

Loved the hotel itself but the lack of maid service was unacceptable.

Loved the location. Very nice hotel.

Cons:

Stayed 5 nights and only had 1 day room serviced which was the second day. No cleaning service after the second day. Trash was overflowing. Had to request toilet paper, towels and wash cloths be brought to our room.
