Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The lobby is huge and has plenty of areas to allow for work if needed. The desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is large and has a firepit for relaxing. Plenty to do in the area including the sugar sand beaches.
The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was friendly.
The room was modern and laid out well. We had everything we needed. It was fun being close to a golf cart community that had lots of walking paths.
We had a balcony room, but they were not private balconies - you could see everyone above, below and next to you.

I liked the convenience of the location, it was close to everything, especially the beach and the outlets.
The coffee maker being in the bathroom where people literally use the toilet was honestly gross and very off-putting. Please consider fixing this by adding a shelf where the microwave is, placing the microwave on the shelf, and moving the coffee maker onto the small counter instead. That setup would feel much cleaner and more sanitary.
Elevator sounded unstable. Everything else was good.
