According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Localização é boa, hotel em uma região bem tranquila.
Muita demora no check in, o quarto parece antigo e sem manutenção. TV esta muito velha e com a tela cheia de marcas no painel de LED que atrapalham a imagem. Chuveiro não sai água direito e é praticamente um fio de água, praticamente sem pressão nenhuma. Box do banheiro visivelmente com marcas e manchas de sábado, não passa por uma boa limpeza faz tempo, além do mofo no teto. Ar condicionado antigo, fazendo muito barulho, com as alhetas de direcionamento do ar todas quebradas, além de não conseguir redirecionar o ar ele não tem um padrão de temperatura estável, foca variando muito. Luz da pia era uma luz de led que estava com problema e ficava piscando, não tinha como utilizar. Hóspede de cima parecia que estava fazendo uma obra, as poltronas do quarto não tem proteção nos pés, então toda hora que alguém arrasta uma faz uma barulho terrível e isso poderia ser facilmente resolvido. A área da piscina estava bloqueada para reforma e nem avisam isso no momento da reserva. Enfim, pelo preço da diária e pelas condições não vale a pena, uma decepção. Parece que os quartos nunca tiveram uma manutenção ou renovação ao longo do tempo.

O Hotel entrega o que promete. É bom, confortável, bem localizado e atende às expectativas do viajante que vai à cidade de Franca. Sempre me hospedo no Comfort Franca. e o recomendo.
Gostamos muito da limpeza e conforto do quarto e banheiro no geral. Tudo impecável, com exceção da cortina, que estava um pouco suja. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frutas e bolos, mas no geral atendeu bem.
Apenas do ar condicionado do quarto. Pelo valor da diária, poderia ser um mais moderno e silencioso. Mas nada que incomode significativamente.
O Hotel melhorou em vários aspectos: atendimento, cuidados gerais, limpeza, conforto e praticidade. Tenho me hospedado ao longo de vários anos e a melhoria é sensível. Prabéns.
