Very nice hotel. Updated and very clean. Good safe location, with many restaurants close by. We had a king room and it was exceptionally large except for the bathroom which was tiny. But the sitting area had a full size couch, chair, coffee table, ottoman, and dresser with large tv on top. They were not crammed together either, spacious. Separate area had a desk and chair. Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Today they had little western omelets, bacon, tater tots, hard boiled eggs, pancake and yogurt station, along with all the usual cereals, breads, bagels, packaged muffins, apples, oranges, etc. They have a coffee station that makes you a fresh cup which is nice, but waiting the 2 min. per person during peak morning hours was painful, should also have some carafes of premade ready to go in the morning. Chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Did not try the pool or exercise equipment.

Not that I didn’t like it, but they should update the visitor information area…I found a winery map from 2020!!!…it was a good year for FLX wines for sure!…but…I’d clean out and update that area…get some new individual lake maps and a general FLX map!!

Breakfast was a little underwhelming. The serving area was very small and tight. Each morning's selection was limited.
The room was nice and spacious. There were a lot of amenities. The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom fan was very loud.
The air conditioning was set at 61F which is ridiculous. All of the plates, etc. at the breakfast buffet were single use, non compostable items.

Best Western Hotels can be hit or miss. Some are great, others not so much. This was a great one. We had a king room and it was more spacious than we had anticipated including a seating area with full sized sofa and a coffee table. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the soap/shampoo/conditioner a lot that was provided. I like that they use large pump containers which are less wasteful than the travel sized containers. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable--I like to sleep in a very cool room. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Coffee and juice were available 24 hours. The breakfast was good-pretty standard but tasty. Cookies were offered in the afternoon. The location was great--it was just across the street from the entrance tot he Keuka Outlet trail which we enjoyed walking on and within walking distance to the main street. There is a little seating area in front of the hotel and a large grill which I believe guests and use as there were some folks grilling up their dinner. I wish all Best Westerns were as nice as this one.
