Pros:

Everything was so very clean and smelled nice. Communication was excellent with staff members and cleaning service provided was excellent. Lovely hotel. (Very few complaints)

Cons:

Probably location in city. Very busy location. Bed was very soft. Shower doors weren't closed off enough, causing bathroom floor to get wet.

Saturday , Sunday .experience at Best Western.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable!

Cons:

The other clients of the hotel were very noisy and out of control. It did not seem like the parents were monitoring their children's activities. Due to the children running the hallways, the noise in the evening hours was excessive ! Should there be some staff discussing this scenario with families as they check in ? Secondly,the staff indicated the coffee machine in the lobby was unavailable until Monday or Tuesday (?) when in fact it was up working Sunday afternoon. What was that issue? Believe it or not coffee is an important feature in relaxation. The room and the facility was comfortable and clean which is an important aspect for the visit.

Very pleasant and ideally located to Finger Lakes wineries
Pros:

I love getting cappacino any time of day. The egg bites are delicious. This best western is the only hotel that I've stayed in that has a yogurt machine.

Fresh fruit and granola for the yogurt

It was a great place to come and sleep after a day out
Pros:

Family friendly clean and spacious

Cons:

Could improve on the breakfast options
the pancakes from the pancake machine has no taste. Provide real pancakes. Being in another location would be good as well.

We've been there before so we know there's better rooms and will pick accordingly
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The only problem we had is the room that we had somebody was walking back and forth all night long. Never again will I rent the king size bedroom
