My wife and I took a trip through New York State and Canada and stayed at three different hotels. The Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites was by far the best of them. We honestly wished we could have stayed a few more nights. The rooms are really big and clean, which we didn’t get at the other hotels even though we paid more there, so it’s great value for the money. Breakfast was good too.

Location was great for the wine tours. Hot tub and pool were nice. Room was as pictures on the web site presented and housekeeper Sue was friendly
Breakfast was meh. Went to other hotels that were better. Tater tot’s were soogy and hard boiled eggs were tough. Same options every day. Bread and bagels were stale….good thing there was a toaster! Bathroom was small in room

Decent size room, clean facility and a basic breakfast included. Walking distance to town. Good sized parking lot with flat even access to reception (no steps).
Breakfast option very limited and the small number of breakfast tables in the reception area meant getting there early to avoid the rush.
The hotel was clean and tidy. The layout of the room was nice. Nothing too special, the front desk was kind and asked a floor preference. Breakfast was accessible and there were signs in the room to show a good time to go. Overall pleasant.
The area outside the hotel is great, if you reflect the skin color of the population surrounding. My husband does not, so we didn’t feel safe leaving the hotel, at all. We got dirty looks together and were followed back from Geneva to our hotel, I had to go off course to feel safe enough to go back. To specify he is island Asian decent, so I don’t know if our relationship is confusing for some people. I’m glad at least we felt safe in our room. Stop if you absolutely have to, just know that this is the type of area you might be in. Thank you hotel staff for helping us feel welcomed in a certain type of town.
