Everything was great !

The location is great
The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a reservation issue, and they went above and beyond to fix it quickly and with a smile. Their professionalism and care made all the difference. Truly excellent service — highly recommend!

So this is a great place to stay - as long as you don't need to be physically at the airport.
I had a 24h layover, so it was perfect.
As described, the hotel is embedded within a local shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and other retailers. Perfect for an afternoon / evening stroll.
Pickup from Dulles is easy, it's probably a 15 minute drive to the hotel.
But I really want to highlight the friendliness of the people who work at the hotel. They are perfect. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into selecting the right people, and then making sure they are well trained and happy. It really shines through.
The room was super spacious, had everything I wanted and then some. But for me, again, it really was the people.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying again.

Always stay here after long international flights - decent food, a Target, and some cell phone shops are all right there. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and good for families. Breakfast is solid.

Everything was great!
The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades !

Just an airport hotel, nothing more nothing less.
Great front desk staff. Stayed just one night as part of a quick trip which involved a lot of flights and a very early arrival. The staff was very accommodating and provided me with an early check-in upon my request. I used the business lounge which was accommodating and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with additional amenities like a kitchen. Plenty of shops nearby. Overall a great short stay.
