Everything was great. Appreciate the breakfast and happy hour. Staff was ok at check in.
I had questions regarding the connection to Vaun Braun Center since we were going to a concert there. I asked the lady at check in and she directed me to a man at a desk who walked off with another guest to help them and never came back. I asked another staff member later in the evening after returning from dinner. She could not tell me if we could access via the sky bridge and suggested I just walk over and find out for myself. My husband is disabled so I did and it was a long walk. This ended up making us late getting to the venue. Then after we returned from the concert children were running and screaming which echoed everywhere and this went on for over an hour. Couldn’t get anyone at the desk and my husband called the front desk, it rang and rang. Finally the phone was answered, by another guest, who was there trying to talk to someone about the same situation. It was never resolved, I used a sound machine, and closed the bedroom door and got a couple hours sleep.

Couldn’t get service at the restaurant. Stood at the “wait to be seated “ desk for about 7 minutes but were ignored by the waitresses, who were white. We are African American and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We left and ate at another restaurant.
Nice location especially if your going to the arena. Beautiful views , nice rooms, awesome building and environment.
Very funky smells probably from the cafe
The complimentary drinks and breakfast were fantastic!
The pool didn't feel heated as advertised and there is not hot tub. That put a lit damper on the Bachelorette party
Loved that it was close connected to the concert venue where I was attending a show. The park and canals are beautiful! My first visit to Alabama from TN.
No coffee available at all hours.
Location was great! We went to a concert at the arena and were able to get there from the bridge inside the hotel to the arena.. we were also able to check in a little early which was nice since we had been traveling.. also, received a couple of complimentary cocktails during their happy hour.
