Idk
Absolutely love it. Will be back again
Nothing
Managers reception. Location. Cleanliness
They ended the free shuttle to local places.
Nice place and location.
Front desk under staffed. Parking needlessly complicated. Front desk failed to activate room key for parking and a pain to leave after checkout since they have to buzz you out @ busy checkout time.
Nothing
Im mad because I booked my room a week in advance they took my money a week ago but when j get to the actual hotel they are sold out and have to help me find some where else to sleep
The hotel is quiet. I think the hotel was built well so you do my hear the people above or below you or around you. The breakfast is great. Omelets or eggs made fresh to order as well as a good buffet. The Big Spring trail is great for walking or running; it feels safe and well-lit. The staff were knowledgable, professional, great hosts. Tiffany handled an issue that arose at my checkin due to crossed wires between the Hilton App and Booking.com App. Although she had not run into the particular issue before, she handled it with reassuring calm and poise and worked the kink out within 10-15 minutes. it was also clean. my husband forgot his toothbrush and they gave us a complimentary travel toothbrush.
the on-site restaurant prices were quite high. maintenance bothered us - despite us having the do not disturb sign on our door - trying to put a QR Code on the door. This seemed wholly unnecessary given we were checking out in less than 24 hours and the QR code task could be done immediately after we left.
The breakfast was GREAT!.The best stay yet!
Very clean and updated.
Parking should be complimentary just due to lack of volume.
Loved the hotel was connected to where we were going
Small nitpick on my side, just wish the water pressure was better in the shower.
I liked the convienence to the venue we were visiting. The breakfast buffet was good.
There was no information inside the room for anything. I expected a welcome book on the table including times of available dining and things like where the ice machine is located, maybe local restaurants in the area. There wasnt even a phone in the room. I got an AI text telling me to scan the QR code on the tv and still, very little information. There was only one tv controller for two tvs. The underside of the lid of the ice bucket was filthy so I had to wash it before use. Gross! The coffee maker had a short in the cord so I had to sit a certain way to work. When I made the reservation, it was supposed to be 186$, but by the time they added taxes plus another $20 to park in THEIR attached parking garage, I was out $366! This is the first time I've ever had to pay to park in the hotels parking area. Absolutely ridiculous! The dining downstairs is way expensive to boot! The only "free" thing was breakfast, which was actually quite good, at least. You would think for the inflated price it would include more information and the rooms would be in pristine condition. This room is not worth more than $150, at best. We will definitely be looking for somewhere else next time.
