Location was great! We went to a concert at the arena and were able to get there from the bridge inside the hotel to the arena.. we were also able to check in a little early which was nice since we had been traveling.. also, received a couple of complimentary cocktails during their happy hour.

Very clean
Very clean and breakfast buffet was excellent! Von Braun Center walk way is very convenient.
The breakfast is great. On the weekends they don't start serving until 730am.
They should have early morning coffee for early risers. The room Coffee isn't enough.
The food was great.
I think the cook could have made the omlettes bigger. I ordered one drink and the bar tender marked off two drinks on my card.
Breakfast was great. Always a big plus for embassy suites. The city was running a shuttle from hotel to the concert venue which was also a real plus.
We had to pay for parking which seemed unnecessary. The hotel was a bit far from the amphitheater but the city was running a shuttle so that was super helpful.
Clean, located literally 2-5min from everything downtown, Very friendly staff, BREAKFAST is AMAZING!!! Definitely will return
Our room, although comfortable and clean appeared a little beat up (I.e scratched doors, dented handles, door hard to open and close. This is not a recurring issue, my family and I have been several times… this is the first time our room was in this manner
Cleanliness. Location.
The Rudeness from the Staff. No Internet. All of the Handicap Parking Spaces were full, so I asked if I could park inside the parking deck at a reduced rate. I was abruptly told, No. Even while trying to explain the situation, the person at the desk kept saying, No. When we went to our room, the door had been kicked so hard that it was off the top hinge. The only way to close the door was to pick up on it and slam it shut. It showed previous damage to the frame and the door. When I went back to the front desk to see about getting another room, a different employee acted the same way - RUDE. The Internet would not stay up for more than a few seconds and then be lost. I finally gave up and used my Hot Spot to finish my work.
The location was beautiful, the view was breathtaking. I loved the breakfast each morning food was really good, most of the staff was super friendly only seen one that seemed to have a bit of an attitude.
That we had to pay to park each night and it’s a bit pricey and would have been nice to know prior to checking in no where did it say you had to pay to park on hotel property when booking or in my reservation, that the free WiFi barley worked and if you needed it to work you had to get the premium WiFi which also cost so much a night. The allowed guest to be pretty load at all times of the day luckily we were not at the room to often as we were there for an event And that house keeping came in while my husband and I were out for a bit and threw away some wrist bands I had sitting on the night stand from an event I went to this week though I know they might have thought of them as trash I had them sitting there on top of my iPad not intended for them to be thrown away I was a bit disappointed when I came back to see them no longer sitting there
