Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, das Frühstück war ok, die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass unser Zimmer einen Rat nicht genannt wurde, auch auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen, tja. Ist kein Weltuntergang aber für eine wirklich gute Bewertung darf das nicht sein. Auswerfen waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Familie in einem anderen Zimmer war bei uns zu hören als würde sie bei uns im Raum sein.

La ubicación

Cons:

La lejanía de las habitaciones, y que no te ofrecían ayuda con las maletas para llevarlas.
Las habitaciones pudiesen remodelarlas a su vez el sistema de la llave y la puerta es incómodo. La habitaciones son expuestas , tiene uno que estar pendiente de tener siempre la cortina cerrada porque del otro lado te ven completo

Guter Aufenthalt, Preis-Leistung ok.

Schöner Pool.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Gute Lage.
Perfekter Blick auf den Vulkan.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich, keine Begrüßung beim Betreten oder Verlassen des Hotels.
Restaurant war teilweise geschlossen, was uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde und wir uns kurzfristig was anderes suchen mussten.
Müll von anderen Gästen noch unterm Bett.
Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Preciosas vistas
Pros:

La ubicación es impresionante. Las vistas del volcán desde la piscina y el jardín precioso con mil plantas y flores son espectaculares . Desayuno sencillo pero suficiente. Creo que si te hospedas aquí es necesario disponer de un vehículo ya que está algo alejado del pueblo.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo. Por decir algo me gustaría que limpiaran la habitación cada día… nos quedamos dos noches y la segundo no lo hicieron.

Séjour très agréable et avec une vue imprenable
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de La Fortuna.
Le cadre est resplendissant, très arboré et au pied du volcan Arenal.
Il y a 2 piscines, idéal pour se détendre après les visites.
Les chambres sont propres.
Le personnel accueillant et souriant.
Petit déjeuner traditionnel bon.

Cons:

Il manquerait un petit frigo dans la chambre pour mettre nos bouteilles et gourdes au frais pour les journées de visite.

A dream with a front row view of the volcano!!!
Pros:

The pictures do NOT do it justice. When it says and shows it has a view of the volcano....BOY, does it ever!! It is RIGHT there. Front row seat. And walking to your room is like walking through a botanical garden. The low price we paid for what we got is just beyond belief. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat (and hope to be able to)! The staff were so sweet and accommodating. 5 stars; all the stars!!
