Pros:

Leuk huisje in mooi aangelegde tuin. Goed ontbijt met veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel, ook om tours te boeken. Rustigere plek met uitzicht op de vulkaan, dan in het drukke dorp. Veel te doen op deze locatie.

Vue époustouflante
Pros:

La vue imprenable sur le volcan est incroyable ! Les jardins sont très agréables, beaucoup d’oiseaux pour le plaisir des petits et des grands. Nous avons eu de la chance de l’avoir dégagé tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon, le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le fait que certaines chambres ne soient pas équipées de frigo est dommage et la décoration des chambres mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement mais on n’est pas là pour rester à l’intérieur.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Camas cómodas y habitación muy amplia.
Las vistas son estupendas.
Justo delante del volcán.
La ubicación está muy bien porque aunque esté a 10 minutos del centro de la Fortuna en coche, está muy cerquita de las aguas termales y de la entrada del volcán y del parque Místico

Cons:

El desayuno.
Poca variedad y lo que había no estaba nada bueno.

acceptable for the price paid - not a bad experience
Pros:

The location of the hotel is premium for just about any adventure tour you wish. The pool at the far end of the property has an unbelievably spectacular view of volcan arenal!!! The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. There are a few dining options right there (selva rustica is a must) and many more within a short driving or walking distance. Not the fault of the hotel, but the pools can get a little rowdy as it is a family friendly place. The far pool is a bit warm, but not a problem, just a note. Said pool also closes at 6pm due to its proximity to rooms. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. The parking is a bit stressful as the lot is super tiny and fills up quick (they do take your license plate in order to reserve a spot for you, but I didn’t have to find out if that works) - not much they can do about the lot. On arrival and the duration of our next day the pools were very clean. We checked out on a Monday at noon and they were very much not. That was probably my biggest disappointment as I just wanted to lounge around before hitting the road and just felt pretty uncomfortable in both of them-just full of dead bugs, leaf litter and seemed like sunscreen oil in one. Obviously there will be bugs and leaves and they’re not going to clean it constantly, but I feel like it got a bit neglected post-weekend.

Really lovely hotel. Would stay there again
Pros:

The room was sooooo good. Super spacious and comfortable. Awesome shower, comfy bed. No complains. My favorite room of all my trip. Breakfast was good and the staff was kind. You do indeed have a really nice view of the volcano.

Cons:

Our room was not inside the hotel. Was in the parking lot area. Would i have wanted to enjoy the nice inside gardens and views on the way to my room? Yes. Did i thought it was weird that they have rooms outside? Yes. Did it bother me? No. Our room had a great view and was super nice. Just know that if the reservation says “parking lot view” youll be outside.

Pros:

La piscina que da al volcan arenal, preciosas vistas hacen q el momento sea único. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda alguna.
El desayuno buffet que estuvo bastante bien.
Las instalaciones en general muy bonitas.
Las chicas del buffet desayuno muy amables.
La habitacion tenia una nevera grande y tenian agua fresca, detalle q agradecer por las altas temperaturas por la calor que hacia.

Cons:

De las cosas que menos me gustó fue que realicé una peticion dias antes a traves de booking, para que en la habitacion pusieran algun tipo de decoracion simbolica ya q el motivo de mi viaje era porque estabamos de luna del miel, no pedí nada q supusiera un gasto adicional al hotel, simplemente algun detalle q suelen hacer los hoteles con las toallas poniendolas en forma de cisne, algunos petalos...etc. el mismo hotel me confirmó q asi seria e incluso me contestaron diciendo que si quisiera algo adicional tipo botella de vino etc q lo pondrian encantados con su correspondiente cargo a la habitacion.
Finalmente cuando hice el chekin y me asignaron la habitacion y llegue a ella, la habitacion no tenia nada de nada, era de dos camas y nada mas a destacar.
Sentí q no tuvieron en consideracion mi peticion, siendo un viaje para mi tan especial y me sentí como un numero mas al q cobrar la habitacion y nada mas.

La alta vegetacion de alrededor de las habitaciones no permite apreciar las vistas del volcan arenal desde el porche q hay en las habitaciones.

Me deje el cargador del movil con el adaptador en la habitacion, y no me lo comunicaron.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein super schönes kleines Bungalow direkt am unteren Pool beim Vulkan. Die Lage war traumhaft. Der Weg zum Zimmer fühlt sich wie ein kleiner Dschungel an. Die Anlage ist wahnsinnig gepflegt!

Die Lage ist mit Mietwagen super. Sehr zentral für Unternehmungen aber weit genug weg vom Stadt Trubel.

Das Frühstück war auffallend gut! Ein tolles buffet!

Je recommande vivement très propre !!
Pros:

J’aime qu’il soit tout près de l’aéroport environ 10 minutes. Le services de navette très tôt le matin est génial, restaurant local tout près a 5 minutes de marche.
Le gîte est dans un cartier résidentiel assez calme et sécurisé par une gate et un gardien. Je recommande vivement pour votre arrivée ou pour votre départ de l’aéroport!!

Cons:

Qu’il y es pas beaucoup de prise électrique!!

Pros:

We stayed in a bungalow. Highly recommend, it wasn't even expensive. The amount of flora and exotic flowers planted all around make it feel very secluded. The forest right outside the gate to go exploring. There's a sushi restaurant right next door. Tourist tours, souvenir and corner store all in walking distance. Visit Raul Castanos for their delicious cafe and bakery with a beautiful view of the volcano. If you want a perfect date night, go to SelvaRustica across the street. Their cocktails are also to die for.

Cons:

The restaurant there wasn't inviting. Staff was a little stand offish. Otherwise, it was my favorite hotel in all of Costa Rica.
