Nos cancelaron sin anticipacion, nos enteramos al llegar y ya estaba revendida la habitacion!
Pros:

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. Habiamos hecho la reserva por Booking y nos cancelaron la reserva 24 horas antes. Como ya estabamos de viaje, no vimos el mensaje de cancelacion en Booking. Nunca se comumicaron por ningun otro medio. Increible, nunca me habia pasado.
Cuando llegamos al hotel, la habitacion ya la habian revendido y estaba lleno. No se hicieron responsables de nada.

Falta de profesionalidad. Nos cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso y no se hicieron responsables de nada.
Nos enteramos cuando fuimos a hacer el check in! La habitacion ya la habian revendido y el hotel lo tenian lleno.

Habitación grande y cómoda .
Aparentemente tienen las mejores vistas al volcán pero estaba nublado y no lo pudimos ver .

Cons:

Desayuno regular, llegamos a las 14:00 y no tenía la habitación lista todavía aunque nos dio la sensación que si la tuvieran tampoco nos la hubieran dado .
Demasiado estrictos , siempre diciendo que solo hacen el check in a partir de las 15:00.

Tolle Anlage ausserhalb La Fortuna mit sensationeller Sicht auf den Arenal
Pros:

Super Lage mit Sicht auf den Arenal. Sehr bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück und schnelles WLAN. Die Anlage ist wie ein botanischer Garten und ist auch sehr gepflegt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Da kann zwar das Hotel nichts dafür aber die vordersten Zimmer oder Apartments sind wegen der Strasse sehr lärmig. Kein Grund aber für uns nicht wieder zu kommen.
