Cons:

I booked a room on booking.com! I canceled the day before as I did not make the trip. The HOTEL charged my card and the front desk lady rude when I called to talk to the manger. Saying I didn’t contact them when I DIDNT HAVE TO. Booking emailed my cancellation . HIGHLY do not recommend this location and I make sure to tell everyone in Jville my experience

Pros:

Great service from the staff. The location was close to a couple of restaurants.
The breakfast was good overall with a few options.

The staff was excellent, helpful and very accommodating. Room was clean.

Cons:

The property is an older hotel and not located close to the interstate, so you have to drive into town. there were no sit-down restaurants close by.

Perfect location and a great place to stay in Jacksonville.
Pros:

Location was perfect and my room was very clean. Terrific staff!

Cons:

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and some of the furniture is quite "lived in".
