Trivsamt hotell nära centralstationen
Pros:

Centralt i Helsingfors på gångavstånd från centralstationen, med spårvagnsstopp utanför dörren. Trivsamt hotell med bra utbud till frukost. Väldigt trevlig personal i frukostmatsalen som röjde undan snabbt och effektivt.

Cons:

Skulle gärna haft en riktig fåtölj på rummet och ett skrivbord. Skulle också önska att det fanns bär till frukost, gärna blåbär och lingon (varför inte frysta/tinade finska?), nötter och frön (chia-/linfrön).

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Our first stay in a standard room was comfortable but a bit tight. On our second stay we upgraded and it was very worth it. Spacious room, bathroom, and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Standard room was very tight and the bathroom was super small. Best suited for one person.

I would stay again, but I would request a room with more windows and a nicer outlook.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. It has a very good gym for a city hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning is 'on demand', which I think is good.

Cons:

The room I chose was not a good choice. It would be fine if you were a tourist and out and about all day, or attending a conference but due to the nature of my work I'm actually in the hotel quite a lot. There was only one small partial window with an unpleasant outlook however, it was quiet as it wasn't on the street side.

Uppfyllde inte mina förväntningar
Pros:

Mycket bra läge mitt i stan och nära till allt. Rummen fint och modernt inredda.

Cons:

Mörkt hotell och widescreen bilder på det mesta. Inga fönster i matsal, gymet litet och kändes som en bunker. Och det rum jag fick förstörde större delen av min dag, fruktansvärd utsikt mot ett schakt, gick inte ens bedöma väder! Gick ut direkt från hotellet, men den härliga kvinnan i reception märkte senare hur ledsen jag var, så hon uppgraderade mig flera snäpp och överrattning gick från "Klaustrofobi" till ett vackert rum högre upp i huset. Jobbat själv i hotellfrukost och reser mkt, sparsmakat frukostutbud. Men till affärsresenärer med enstaka övernattning passar hotellet. Men kolla annars rumsplaceringen.
