Hice mi reservación con la opción de “pago al llegar” , llegué a registrarme, a las 10 pm, hora que previamente avise que llegaría, pero el hotel había cancelado mi reservación, diciéndome que estaban sobrevendidos y que tenían lista de espera, y si yo deseaba me podrían agregar a esa lista.
Realmente esto es muy poco ético de su parte, por supuesto opté por ir a otro hotel , y no pienso volver a reservar en el Fiesta Inn Otay Tijuana Aeropuerto, y arriesgarme a llegar otra vez y no tener reservación.

Excelente, pero sin alberca climatizada
Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es silencioso y cuenta con buen espacio de estacionamiento. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están muy limpias. La atención del personal de recepción y restaurante fue excelente.

Cons:

La alberca no está climatizada. De nada sirve que tenga alberca si no es posible usarla sin congelarse, especialmente al venir con niños.
