I had already paid through booking.com, once I arrived I had to pay again and the staff was very rude and talking over me trying to explain I had already paid but they were talking over me and did NOT hear a word I tried to say. Show them statements and still I had to pay to say when I drive 9hrs to get there and paid in advance, very inconvenient. Had to launch an investigation.

I requested a two bed and they only had one I booked it like a week in advance when I got there they didn’t have what I requested. they took me another bed to the room with no blankets no sheets, no pillows just a matter by itself.
