Great value, friendly staff

Check in time was horrible.. over 1 hour wait. Front desk staff has to check rooms physically before checking you in, thus significant delay.
Added to that they don't offer late check out (not even 30 minutes).
Toilet seat was not screwed on or secured (never seen that before).

Not very pleasant

Bugs and dirty floors.

Only good thing was the bed was clean and slept well. Water ma5ks in ceiling, tub filthy would not use it. Knobs on cabinets falling off? Toilet seat aboit to fall off
If wasnt so tried would driven another 100 miles in hopes in finding another place

Very old building and setup. Tried to revamp, but stopped short of replacing interior doors, painting was amateur at best. Lobby had boxes all over which made it look nonprofessional and very messy. Lobby still locked at 8:30 a.m. concept is good but needs a few tweeks.

The shower head didnt have a high place to set it for standing showers😒

We traveled all day and checked in late. I was unhappy that I did not get what I booked. I booked a king-size bed and was told no one was available. My husband and I had to sleep in two separate beds.

Good location, not much highway noise. Not much heat in room, huge draft under door had to block with towels. Smart TV without wifi signal, no cable. Kitchen tap not properly attached, ready to snap off the plumbing. It could have been good, but it wasn't.

Average clean property with fair prices. The town it sits in, however, is uninviting. Shame cuz there are remnants of what appears to be a family oriented town. Unless you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night( hotel itself not too bad) I wouldn't stay in that town.

Friendly staff and the newly remodeled rooms are vey nice and clean.

The property is newly renovated. Rooms very spacious. This is not your 4 or 5 star hotel but for the price it will exceed your expectations. Everything was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel looks like it being renovated. It took almost 10min before someone came to the front desck to help us.
We got to our room and the sheets were not clean and the bathroom had mold.
Not a good experience

FIrst off, the person working the desk came from a back room with shorts and no socks or shoes on. The bed was rock hard and actually wasnt even a mattress. The cover and towels had stains on them, and they TRIED to hold our mandatory $100 check in fee stating that we smoked in a non smoking room when we did not. When trying to check out, no one was there and the door was locked 1 hour after they opened. We were told we needed to wait for the maid to come check the room and then the owner went to pick her up and bring her back there. Overall, very unprofessional and uncomfortable setting.

Lovely little property that gives the feeling of a studio apartment. The pictures are accurate, which I really love. The staff is lovely and the A/C is a vent, not some unit crammed under the window.
