Pros:

We vinden mooie hotet en goede services en netjes kamer en schoon.

Cons:

we hebben via booking.com gereserveerd en touch we hebben voor informatie over de kamers reserving en inclusive ontbijt voor zekerheid opgebeld maar altid we hebben 3 eimal klopt niet we proberen elke dag opbelen maar toch we krijgen 3 eimal klopt niet.

Het aanbod van een indoor zwembad en sauna vond ik echt mooi meegenomen in dit hotel.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!
Wie niet houdt van zachte matrassen vind dit misschien een minpuntje.

Cons:

Voorij een eerder beperkte menu, maar dat kan helemaal aan mij liggen want ik ben kieskeurig 🙃

Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist mega schön und modern, z.B. der Eingangsbereich. Ein Schwimmbad ist inklusive. Die Lage ist ruhig, nicht so zentral.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Gegensatz zum krass schönen Hotel echt überraschend negativ. Echt sehr dunkel und teilweise dreckig, wirklich eher nicht sehr schön.

Het ontbijt was dik in orde

Cons:

Er was telkens maar 1 of 2 gerechten nog beschikbaar op de menukaart in het restaurant ongeacht welk tijd je ging eten. Onvoldoende personeel. Tijdens ons eerste avondmaal werd er gevochten in de keuken en met borden gegooid. Was echt schrikken. We durfden niet meer te bewegen. Het zwembad was heel klein.
