Disappointed
Pros:

Location and breakfast was fair

Cons:

Our room was next to the fire exit and we could hear people use it all day long. Also the room was not cleaned properly, towels were tiny and scarse, pool was allright but also not very clean.

I stayed while visibly pregnant (34 weeks) and traveling alone with child- no one offered to help with suitcases or anything else.

Jammer dat er geadverteerd wordt dat het bv 59 euro per persoon is en als je gaat betalen moet je het dubbele betalen voor een twee persoonskamer.

Schwimmbad vorhanden.Sehr angenehm nach der langen Radtour.
Ruhige Umgebung.

Pros:

We zaten met 6 kamers naast elkaar, dat was erg fijn. Ontbijt was prima. 15 euro is prijzig maar wel redelijk standaard voor deze tijd.

Cons:

Ik had 6 confort deluxe kamers geboekt. Daar staat bij dat er airco op de kamer is. Bij 2 kamers was er gèèn airco aanwezig maar een ventilator. Dat was een tegenvaller. Badkamer was niet echt schoon, in het bad lagen nog haren van de vorige gasten

Onaangenaam en niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was oké. Ik miste wel de optie om brood te roosteren. Verkoop van kunst in ontbijtzaal erg leuk.

Cons:

De algehele staat van het hotel. Er zat behoorlijk wat viezigheid op de trap van het zwembad en de temperatuur was zeer onaangenaam. Meerder gasten kwamen snel uit het water omdat het kouder was dan vermeld. Was zeker geen 28 graden. Ben twee dagen na dit hotel naar een B&B gegaan met buitenzwembad van 28 graden, en verschil was aanzienlijk.
Verder rafelig behang op de kamer. Vele grote vieze vlekken in de vloerbedekking, zowel op de kamer als in de gang. In de gang vele gaten in de vloerbedekking en slijtage. Ik woon zelf met vloerbedekking en haal alle vlekken er altijd uit. Het kan dus wel. Niet dagen laten zitten. Hotel is erg gedateerd. Hier komen wij niet meer terug. Jammer. Fletcher loopt zowiezo achter de feiten aan t.o.v. andere hotelketens. Voor dit geld per nacht mag je meer verwachten. Aantal sterren verdient het hotel niet en wij komen heel vaak in hotels.

De kamer airco werkte niet en en het zwembad was gesloten tijdens de verlengde uitcheck
Cons:

De kamer had geen airconditioning terwijl het bloedheet was.
Ik had de check-out tijd verlengd voor E15, om gebruik te kunnen maken van zwembad en sauna. Volgens Booking zou ik tot 15 of 17 uur kunnen blijven. Echter bij aankomst werd mij verteld dat ik slechts tot 13 uur kon blijven. Na het ontbijt ging ik om 11 u naar het zwembad. Dat bleek te zijn gesloten van 11-12 uur wegens schoonmaak......wat heeft het dan voor zin om verlenging aan te bieden???? Communiceer dan de sluitingstijd voor het boeken van een verlenging.
