Great base camp to enjoy La Digue.
Pros:

Stayed here before. The hotel has clearly been refurbished, so everything clean and in working order. Lovely staff, local mostly and very cheerful and happy. Pool is excellent. Overall I recommend this as a good place to stay and value for money. La Digue Island Lodge has, in my opinion, gone downhill recently. Although LDIL has a good location my view is Chateau St Cloud offers better value for money,

Nel centro di La Digue ma si deve camminare!
Pros:

La struttura in sè molto curata e molto verde, stanze spaziose con un bel balcone vivibile

Toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sauberes großes Zimmer. Toller Pool. Mit dem Rad gut erreichbar.
Wir waren mit Kleinkind unterwegs und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Unser Kind wollte Pancakes zum Frühstück, welche es am Abreisetag leider nicht gab. Wäre ok gewesen, es hat was anderes gefunden. Aber die freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat das mitbekommen und uns welche gebracht. Sollten wir wieder nach La Digue kommen buchen wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful, we liked the location, as well as the pool and the outdoor showers by it. We were able to choose the rental bikes ourselves and they were perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend this place — it offers great value for money.

Cons:

I can’t point out anything negative — it’s a lovely hotel overall, and everything, including the beach and shops, is just a 5–10 minute bike ride away, which is very convenient.

Pros:

Das Hotel versprüht einen kolonialen Charme und ist sehr detailreich und mit vielen Pflanzen angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich verteilt - unsere bspw. waren am Berg oben und hatten vom Balkon aus eine wirklich tolle Aussicht über die Anlage und teilw. die Insel.
Wir hatten schon öfters Fahrräder auf La Digue ausgeliehen und die teilw. sehr schlechte Qualität/Wartung kennen gelernt. Den hoteleigenen Fahrradverleih wollen wir deshalb hervorheben, da seine Räder in sehr gutem Zustand waren.
Man lernt die Menschen immer am besten bei auftretenden Problemen kennen und deshalb möchten wir ganz besonders Jenna und Osman loben, die sich unseres Problems sehr intensiv und lösungsorientiert gewidmet haben und auch ständig über den Fortschritt auf dem Laufenden gehalten haben. Da wurde unsere Erwartungshaltung gar übertroffen.

Cons:

Ein "Manager" ist bzgl. des Skilprofils für den Job absolut ungeeignet.

Hotel sde stylé colonial/plantation chic
Pros:

Tout a été parfait. Tres grande chambre au 1er etage (Nr 16) avec un tres agreable balcon avec mobilier chic local en bois avec vue piscine.
Tres agréable personnel. Restaurant sur place. Les jardîns sont sont très bien entretenus. Tout y est pour se plaire

Cons:

J’avais choisi cet hotel légèrement en retrait 700 m mais la végétation est magnifique. A la Digue, on fait tout à pied ou en vélo (location sur place).

Ruhig und zentral mit kolonialem Flair
Pros:

Die schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool in der ehemaligen Plantage ist wunderbar. Das Restaurant ist schön im Kolonialstil gestaltet und luftig.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon sind so unbequem, dass man sich dort kaum aufhalten kann. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Fahrrad, da das Hotel weit vom Ort und dem Strand weg liegt. Dafür liegt es zentral auf der Insel.

Hôtel qui pourrait être plus accueillant de la part des propriétaires.
Pros:

La chambre qui était très grande et confortable.

Cons:

L’hygiène moyenne, les flacons de savons vide, une seule petite serviette pour 2, le petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix sucré… l’accueil des propriétaires très impersonnel, qui a ce qui a rendu notre séjour, un peu froid et moins convivial que ce qu’on espérait

Zu Empfehlen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist und sich nicht schuld im Dunkeln den Weg mit dem Fahrrad zurückzufahren
Pros:

Circa 2 km weg vom Hafen und Zentrum steil in einem Palmenwald gelegen, dadurch sehr ruhig. ich hatte ein schönes, angenehmen ausgestattetes Zimmer.

Cons:

Weit weg vom Hafen und nachts mit dem Fahrrad nur sehr gefährlich zu erreichen, weil die Straße schlecht ausgeleuchtet sind und es viele Schlaglöcher gibt. Das Frühstück hat einen vier Sterne Haus nicht entsprochen. Insgesamt war die Küche ein bisschen einfältig. Entgegen sonstigen Unterkünften hat mir eine kleine Küche gefehlt. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher.

hotel molto bello in un bel giardino
Pros:

siamo stati in una delle casette in alto, con una bella vista. L'appartamento era spazioso e confortevole, il giardino è ben curato, e la piscina molto piacevole. Ottimo il servizio di pulizia giornaliero, personale cordiale. Si segnala la presenza del bidet.

Cons:

le lenzuola alle Seychelles son sempre piccole, anche in questo caso quelle superiori non coprono nemmeno il letto

Prachtig hotel met mooi zwembad, maar slechte wifi.
Pros:

Heerlijk zwembad en super fijn personeel dat altijd bereid was te helpen. Speciaal Osman stond altijd voor ons klaar om dingen te regelen of vragen te beantwoorden. Dagelijks werden de handdoeken en lakens ververst.

Cons:

De wifi is belabberd slecht. Viel heel vaak uit.

Les moustiques ça peut gâcher un sejour
Cons:

L’accueil . Je me suis plaint des moustiques, nous avons été à la plage nous avons été dans des restaurants, je n’ai pas été piqué juste à l’hôtel. J’ai constaté qu’il y avait de l’eau stagnante photo à l’appuie. Je l’ai fait remarquer, on m’a juste dit c’est la nature.
