Pros:

The breakfast was not good at all. Sausage was dry. No fresh fruit (I don’t drink juice). Coffee was ok.

Everything was great
Pros:

Loved everything about the employee's nice courtesy pool was clean and hot tub as well

Cons:

They got arrival date wrong and I was charged 140 for the room but the receipt didn't match what was charged to my bank account 170.00 is what my account was charged

Although the staff were very friendly they seemed a little out of touch with the area. We were told we would have to drive into Clovis to find bars and restaurants but there were some within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Great beds. Best breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was rude and could not be found for check out. Waited 30 min. She was disappointing.

I made a mistake booking this hotel on the wrong date and the young lady up front told me she could change the date to that night. I got charged for 2 separate stays for staying 1 night. I got lied to, I hate lies and I hate that she couldn't just tell me the truth and continued to charge me again

Quite a large space with the bedroom separate to the living area nice hotel in general, a clear step up from motel options. A few restaurants in walking distance but a car is needed for the location.
