Location is excellent, just south of the pier, the Malecón is still paved and well lighted. We had a balcony overlooking the beach with a small kitchenette. There was enough room for three of us. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a nice lounge area on the roof.
There isn’t a real pool but there is a small unheated pool,for up to about four people, on the roof, that we sat in that was refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing or sunning. The kitchen has a gas cooktop that we lit with a matches that we got from the desk. A microwave may be more appropriate. My friend broke a few pieces of dish ware that we had to pay for. There are a few beach loungers available for hotel guests up until 3 PM. The beach gets quite loud in the afternoon and early evening.
The suite overlooking the beach was great. The balcony with a kitchen table gave us an opportunity to sit with our family and enjoy the view.
Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
Our adult children shared a double room that face the street. Because of the layout, their window opened up into a public walkway which was not ideal.
The washroom was very tiny, especially compared to the rest of the suite.
There was an agreement with the beach restaurant for lounge chairs which usually worked out but it would be nice if there was a better system for this.
Because of its great location there was a lot of noise from the beach or the street at night.
Everything about the place and staff was excellent and the beach was even better.

The terrance at the roof is great. It has an awesome view to the ocean.

The wifi doesnt work all the time keeps kicking you off and it is really slow , also in the family suite there are only power outlets by one bed and the other has nothing
