L''entretien des chambres rien à redire sur la qualité du travail du personnel, la piscine youssef était parfait et prévenant, serviette de piscine propre tous les jours mis a disposition et félicitations au directeur de l'établissement qui nous a réglé un gros problème indépendant de notre volonté avec la réception. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était bien.

Cons:

wifi pas top ; un nettoyage des clims est à privilégier, prévoir aussi un rafraîchissement du mobilier des chambres. Le portier de l'hôtel "rhaffi" très désagréable tout le long du séjour !!! Heureusement que ces collegues n'avaient pas la même attitude.
Le directeur de l'établissement devrait aussi revoir le recrutement de certains membres de son personnel que se soit en salle du petit déjeuner ou certains membres du personnel qui se trouvent à la piscine (sauf youssef) ou la réception ou le bar du soir (je préfère ne pas être nominative et développer plus)
Il est navrant que cet établissement se retrouvent avec des avis négatifs par rapport à eux.
Prévoir aussi un changement de la carte "du restaurant" des prix trop élevés et la qualité des produits proposés bof bof.

Alles hat mir gefallen und das Team war wunderbar insbesondere die Dame im Restaurant ich glaube sie heißt Saiida auch herr ABDELHADI von Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with a few areas that could be improved
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious with a great variety of options.

The beach is very close by, and there are lovely walking routes along the seafront. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a very pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

There is no kettle in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, making it impossible to prepare coffee or tea. For a four-star hotel, we feel this is something that should be provided. The swimming pool is also quite small considering the size of the hotel. One other point that could be improved is the smoking area, which is located directly at the hotel entrance. This is not very pleasant, as guests have to walk through cigarette smoke when entering or leaving the hotel. The smoking area itself is also rather basic, with no comfortable seating for smokers.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la proximité avec tout et le quartier très safe ! De plus l’hôtel est beau et propre. La piscine et l’ambiance vraiment sont les atouts de cet hôtel. Merci à Youssef ! Les enfants sont ravis et nous parents également.

Cons:

Les problèmes de wifi et de télévision. Mais cela est en cours de réparation.

Przestronny pokój i balkon. Duże łóżko, lodówka. Dobrze położony blisko plaży. Posiada parking bezpłatny. Uczynny personel

Cons:

Stara i słaba klimatyzacja, skromne śniadania, brak podstawowych dodatków jak przyprawy typu sól, pieprz, majonez. Hotel miał swoje lata swietnosci
