The place is amazing and gives you the opportunity to stay at an amazing beach with all comfort. Staff could pay more at

Incroyable !!!
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé ! Le charme incroyable de l’hôtel, mais avant tout l’accueil et la gentillesse incroyable du personnel !!! Nous avons tout un tas de petites attentions, premier diner sur la plage avec bougie et coupe de champagne offerte, des petits gâteaux dans la chambre, des petits mots avec chocolats en rentrant du dîner, de l’eau toujours à disposition dans la chambre. Une chambre impeccable tous les jours et très confortable.
L’accès direct à une plage magnifique, la piscine, l’espace du complexe ! Et le petit plus les activités de l’hôtel super sympas : cours de cuisine et coupe noix de coco, coucher de soleil en bateau 👌🏻👍

Cons:

Un séjour relaxant face à l’océan
Pros:

Magnifiques chambres avec literie confortable et ça a l’air rénové
Plage très belle aussi, juste dommage qu’on doive faire attention aux raies mais c’est ça l’océan
La nourriture était globalement bonne et ils se sont bien accommodés au sans gluten
Le personnel est adorable
On ne sent pas qu’il y a beaucoup de monde
Le sunset cruise offert par l’hôtel est très sympa

Cons:

C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir au moins une bouteille d’eau par table le soir
Il y a eu des algues les 2 derniers jours et ce n’est que le 3e que ça a été bien nettoyé, ça gâche fort la plage.
Les transats sont sur le sable mais derrière la végétation donc on ne voit pas vraiment l’océan

A Paradise of hidden fees
Pros:

Great location in front of the beach. Most-not all- of the staff were nice. Offered 2 queen beds as requested. Great view from balcony.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel costing around €754 PER NIGHT. Reception called us twice at 8 p.m. and then sent a staff member to our room asking, “What time are you leaving?” — quite inhospitable. The T&Cs state that guests can enjoy 22 hours in the room; in reality, it was closer to 20.
Don’t be fooled by the “dinner/half-board included” description on Booking.com. You are still required to leave a deposit at reception for dinner that was supposedly already included. No deposit? You pay for dinner. My friend and I were staying at the hotel, we were given only one room key. When we requested another, reception made us sign an undertaking to pay €100 if the second key was lost. Reception also sent us to our room prematurely while it was still being cleaned, and the saucy cleaner was rude and kicked us back out with an attitude. The internet connection was poor, and there were insects in the bed (understandable to some extent on a tropical island). The minute we checked out, while we were still waiting at the hotel for our ride, they disconnected our Wi-Fi. 😂
City tax is also charged separately, regardless of what you have already paid, so ask beforehand. No proper toiletries, no iron, and no coffee machine.
For €754 per night, the service, amenities, and overall hospitality simply did not match the price.

La chiusura perfetta di questa vacanza da sogno.
Pros:

Struttura ben gestita, camera bella, pulita e curata veramente come da foto che si vedono. Ma il valore aggiunto di questa struttura lo fa veramente tutto il personale, John il responsabile del Kiosk è coinvolgente e professionale simpatico e super disponibile.

Low key great experience
Pros:

Nice rooms and bathrooms with a gorgeous view.
The evening themed buffets offered nice variety .
Very kind staff, including the animator who proposed low key activities once or twice a day.
Dive club on site is a bonus.

Cons:

The morning buffet was repetitive and not particularly great.
