Le luxe, le Service
Rien
I absolutely loved the elegance and exceptional atmosphere of the hotel. The décor is stunning, with a perfect blend of luxury and traditional Arabian style. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. The suite was immaculate, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable, offering complete privacy and tranquility after a long journey. Every detail—from the quality of the amenities to the service provided—reflected the highest standards of hospitality.
There was very little not to like. If anything, I would have appreciated a slightly faster response time for certain requests, but overall this did not significantly affect the quality of the stay.
Everything and there was welcome drink and food
Nothing
The hotel is undeniably beautiful, with stunning architectural design and impressive attention to detail. However, the bathrooms had a very unpleasant odour that the hotel was unable to resolve during our stay. The swimming pool area was disappointing old, poorly maintained, and in need of renovation. The service there was also very poor. No inspection, no service and very unfriendly
Breakfast I was served by Elaine, who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, but overall the breakfast quality did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. Room service was satisfactory, and the reception team were quick and helpful. The location is decent.generally the hotel was clean
This is a very unique property. It’s very opulent, but more of a 1980s sense of opulence in that there is gold decorations everywhere. It’s in line with what a Saudi prince might expect. In fact, Saudi royalty has stated there. It’s very clean, but the showers are a bit dated. The biggest thing is that it is very quiet. We barely saw other guests. If you stay during off season, or there are no events in town, like F1. The staff are very nice. I enjoyed my stay here as it is does spoil you, but this isn’t a modern hotel.
Well maintained but feels dated
