Prima accomodatie en handige locatie voor ons lange familie weekend

Ruime kamer, prima bed, bad EN douche, toiletartikelen, goede koffie, uitstekende service, schoon

Cons:

De koffie zowel bij het ontbijt als na het diner is echt oprecht niet te drinken!
Vieze zure smaak, dat kan echt beter!

Deze vdValk-locatie sla ik een volgende keer over
Pros:

Ruime kamer. Goed bed. Dat er een balkon was.

Cons:

Dat er 's ochtends om 8.15u gestart werd met werkzaamheden aan de gevel, zonder dat ik daar op voorhand over geïnformeerd was. Dit heb ik bij checkout teruggekoppeld, maar ondanks dat ik een vaste gast ben bij vd Valk volgde er geen compensatie. Voor zo'n grote keten viel mij dit erg tegen.
Geen mogelijkheid om de handdoek op te hangen in de badkamer.
Temperatuur op de kamer bij aankomst was 23 graden. Erg warm voor een kamer waar je gaat slapen.
Het hotel is oud, maar opgefluft met de uitstraling van een vdValk. Geen nieuw fris pand.

Cons:

Sluiting restaurant tijdens verblijf werd vooraf niet gemeld. Alternatief eten voor voedselintollerantie werd niet aangeboden. Dan moest je maar ergens anders heen om te gaan eten. In de omgeving was echter een tankstation het enige alternatief.
