Disappointing that the hotel does not have the breakfast inclusions unlike the other hotels in the area that has buffet breakfast. Also, in our room they only give one bath tissue for 4 people staying, 3 bath towels and no rug nor towels provided for the cold floor. They are understaffed so when you request for those items you have to call for a followup as it would never arrived.

The front desk staffs are amazing and have great attitudes!

Overall, I enjoyed our stay there. It's a very good hotel and it's proximity to the Center Theater is great for seeing shows.

The breakfast buffet is really good and the food is of good quality. One minor thing that was annoying was that if you want ketchup for your eggs or hash browns, you are given ketchup packets. Really? Ketchup packets at a higher end hotel. We paid $360 for a king size room and got ketchup packets. Come on Hilton!

Other than that, it was a good experience.

Great location in downtown Athens, easy walk to all the dining, bars, shopping, etc that Athens has to offer. Hotel has some age on it, but is clean and maintained well. Only negative I will note is that the elevators arent the best- they are very slow and somewhat cramped. Other than that, its a solid place to stay.

The hotel itself was very clean and the front desk staff/maintenance/custodial staff were all very welcoming, but the restaurant staff were not welcoming. I even heard them talking negatively about the conference members while I was staying there.
