Un accueil chaleureux, le personnel au top, jolie petite intention dans la chambre de la part de la réceptionniste ( cœur sur elle), merci également à Mr ALIMI le manager, toujours au petit soin de ces clients, à l’écoute et souriant. Je n’ai rien à redire, j’y séjourne à chaque fois que je viens sur MARRAKECH et je suis toujours autant satisfaite. Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien durant votre séjour. Tous sans exception sont au petit soin et je reviendrais très prochainement.
Je tiens également a souligner que les chambres sont propres, le buffet varié, une piscine bien entretenue et le bar/ restaurant de la piscine très bonne

Pros:

Great location, located minutes walk from M-avenue. Has a large car park(free for guest) and also a walking distance to Manera mall. Hotel itself was very modern and clean. Friendly well spoken (English) staff
