Hôtel qui a besoin d’un coup de frais . Tout est vieillot, un hôtel est en construction à côté et la piscine n’est pas chauffée . Oui c’est mieux poir l’environnement mais en mars vous n’y m’êtez pas les pieds

Very mixed feelings about this hotel!
Pros:

I have really mixed feelings about this hotel. It says it's 5-star but felt more like 3. On the plus side, I was given access early to my room which was appreciated, and the bath tub was glorious! I also very much enjoyed the breakfast which was a delightful spread and delicious. The pool area was lovely too and I wish I'd had more time to enjoy that. The reception also organised a very nice transfer to take me to the airport so the stress was taken out of that part of my journey - thank you.

Cons:

The entrance lobby and downstairs rooms are beautifully decorated but the rest of the hotel felt dated and shabby. I asked for a quiet room but was on the road side - the road which never sleeps! These rooms definitely need double-glazing to keep the sound out. Luckily, I had ear plugs in order to sleep but I wasn't happy to be put in this very noisy room. The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were monstrously large. But the worst thing was the long, dark hairs I found all over the bath towels and counter in the bathroom - please see photos. Not nice!

La piscina y el trato de los que se encargaba de las maletas

El trato de las de recepción a los que se encargaban de subir la maletas, cuáles utilizan una campanita para llamarles y que vengan a por las maletas, ni que fueran perros, cuando ellos ha sido los más nobles y majos del establecimiento. También a la hora de hacer el check-in tuvimos nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar 1 hora para entrar a la habitación, pero al de 20 minutos fuimos a preguntar y tuvo que venir la encargada a gestionar la situación y darnos la habitación. Las encargadas no sabían muy bien inglés dificultando la comunicación

Great hotel and helpful staff
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is both welcoming and relaxing.

What truly made our experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention must go to Yousef, the guest liaison, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us, always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. His professionalism and warm approach made a real difference and added a personal touch to our visit.

Overall, this is a great hotel with outstanding service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay.

Le personnel est très gentils l’ambiance sympa l’hôtel est toujours propre

Cons:

L’hôtel est vraiment top, mais par contre, la chambre sur l’avenue Mohamed VI avec du simple vitrage très très bas de gamme était inconfortable. Le vent passait et le bruit de la route nous ont empêché de nous reposer… Dommage pour des vacances, un petit geste commercial aurait été appréciable. Je me suis plaint plusieurs fois à la réception, sinon le reste rien à dire personnel très gentils.

Όλα ήταν άψογα, πρωινός μπουφές, βραδινός μπουφές φαγητού με ζωντανή μουσική !!! δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, ανταλλακτήριο χρημάτων ακριβώς δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο, φιλικό προσωπικό.

Cons:

Υποτίθεται πως το δωμάτιο ήταν Pool View αλλά το δωμάτιό μας πρέπει να ήταν το μοναδικό που δεν είχε καμία επαφή με την πισίνα (βλέπε φωτό). Επειδή ξαναμείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο αλλά στον 5ο όροφο και όχι στον 2ο, τα δωμάτια έχουν εμφανείς διαφορές σε ανακαινισμένα ή μη, του 5ου είναι σαφώς καλύτερα. Αυτό βέβαια δεν αναιρεί ότι το ξενοδοχείο είναι άριστο.
