Un séjour absolument magnifique, merci à toute l’équipe et tout particulièrement à Wiame ❤️ Nous avons passé un séjour
Pros:

L’accueil, ainsi que l’écoute du personnel. Établissement très propre le petit déjeuner, je ne m’attendais vraiment pas à des produits de super qualité.

Cons:

Honnêtement rien du tout, si je devais retourner à Marrakech, je prendrai cet établissement une deuxième fois sans hésitation. D’ailleurs je le recommande.

Pros:

Breakfast had so many options a wide buffet with all sorts of delicious foods, staff are so friendly and helpful and all of them made sure we were happy while having our breakfast with out year old daughter

Wonderful Hotel!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely with so many options. The bed is very comfortable. Fantastic location as Hivernage is the best neighbourhood in Marrakesh. The pool is Olympic sized and akin to what you find on large Cruise ships. It is wonderful hotel to stay in and I shall be back soon too. Huge thanks to the Front Desk Officer I met on duty, ABDULHAKIM. He is simply the best!!!!

L'établissement est propre et très bien situé. Le personnel de ménage était très sympathique et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, et la piscine ainsi que le service proposé autour de la piscine étaient très agréables.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception, ainsi que leur manager, pourraient faire d'un peu plus d'amabilité et de sympathie. Nous avons attendu 1 h 45 pour effectuer le check-in, avant de nous voir attribuer une chambre destinée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Lorsque nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, notre demande a été transmise au manager en indiquant que Madame n'avait pas apprécié la chambre.
