L’emplacement super et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

J’ai réservé une chambre avec climatisation et sur place une des personnes de l’accueil du soir nous dit que la clim ne marche pas dans tout l’hôtel pendant l’hiver. Le lendemain une autre personne à qui on a signalé le même problème nous envoie un technicien dans la chambre mais la clim ne marchait toujours pas. Je ne sais pas si la première personne disait la vérité ou pas mais dans tous les cas c’est inadmissible de ne pas avoir la prestation pour laquelle on a payé.

Cons:

Het inchecken in het hotel verliep erg slecht. We zouden om 15.00 uur onze kamer krijgen, maar uiteindelijk moesten we veel te lang wachten. Dit hotel voldeed absoluut niet aan wat je van een vijfsterrenhotel mag verwachten.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

Très belle piscine, déjeuner très varié, chambre très agréable, matelas très confortable, très belle salle de bain. Le personnel est super que ce soit le personnel de l'accueil, le personnel présent à l'entrée de l'accueil, la dame présente à l'entrée du restaurant, les serveurs, le personnel qui s'occupe du nettoyage. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, on reviendra avec grand plaisir.
