Séjour correct avec un telos magnifique pour fin octobre
Pros:

Proximité de la place Place Jemaa el fna, bon petit déjeuner , place de transat libre pres de la piscine et personnel de chambre et de restauration très gentille et serviable

Cons:

HOTEL vieillissant qui a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre ,la fenêtre fermait mal ainsi que le rideau, des odeurs de nourriture, remontaient dans la chambre et il existait des odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain et les toilettes. La direction n’était pas à la hauteur

Good for short stay when visiting Marrakech
Pros:

It is in a good location, not too far from Medina. Easy to get taxis into the main square or a 30-minute walk.

Cons:

There are building works next door, so you didn’t feel totally relaxed when at the pool. I was aware of this from reviews.
There is not much atmosphere as there is no alcohol sold in the hotel.

a very enjoyable experience
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service provided by two members of the staff.

Khadija at the reception was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. She went out of her way to assist us and make sure everything was properly arranged for our stay.

Salah at the restaurant also deserves special recognition. Always welcoming us with a genuine smile, he was attentive, proactive, and consistently willing to help. What stood out most was his initiative in anticipating guests’ needs and offering assistance without having to be asked.

Both Khadija and Salah are real assets to the hotel. I am sure their colleagues also contribute to the overall quality of service, but based on our personal experience, these two particularly distinguished themselves.

The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent variety of choices and four live cooking stations, offering freshly prepared food and adding a lovely touch to the breakfast experience.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience, made even better by the hospitality and dedication of the staff.

A special thank you to Khadija and Salah for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Keep up the excellent work!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Es war sauber.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut.
Die Betten waren groß

Cons:

Das Hotel ist recht in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal im Restaurant war teilweise nicht besonders motiviert.
Zwei Baustellen um das Hotel herum, daher sehr laut und extrem viel Staub.

Great stay great staff great location
Pros:

The location was good. Close to the Medina and Gueliz so suited me. Also on the doorstep of M Avenue and Menara mall.

Cons:

Could probably do with updating in certain areas. Also the gym had no working AC and was too hot to train
