They didn't clean the room
Booked fo double bed they gave use twin beds and refused to change or combined
The rooms had a bad smell throughout

kahvaltı güzel ve lezzetli, odanın konforu ve temizliği gayet iyiydi. otelin konumu hem eski şehir merkezine yakın, hem de lüks bir cadde üzerinde güvenli. 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Menara alışveriş merkezi var. otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. tren garına 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

kapalı havuzun ücretli olması 5 yıldızlı bir otel için mantıklı değil. Oda temizliği gayet iyi ancak balkondaki sandalye, masa ve genel olarak balkonun da temizliği en azından gün aşırı yapılmalı.

Tout simplement parfait!
Pros:

Le personnel est très professionnel et accueillant. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un bon choix et des produits de qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Lit inconfortable , absence d’isolation sonore des vitres , de la poussière derrière les meubles , balcon crasseux , mobilier de basse qualité et une deco degeu : ils ont voulu donner un effet vintage avec un mobilier à 2 balles
