Pros:

Everyone was so friendly and nice to us!
Pool was clean, private access to the beach and everything was beatiful.

Cons:

The only thing i didn't like was that, the hotel was located like in a uphill, so the entrance to the gate was a little hard for us, other than that nothing else.

I love this place, I would definitely come pack and highly recommend it.
Pros:

The food was excellent, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The beach was also beautiful, short distance to walk to as well as the town with the restaurant options and souvenir options.

Cons:

The location required navigating too many stairs to reach certain areas, which was challenging for me due to my knee issues. I would recommend a small shuttle or golf cart that would be available to take guests downtown. The expanded accessibility options for those who have difficulty walking or getting around would have make everything perfect.

Brilliant hotel - the grounds, beach area, dinners, general service

Pros:

Localización al lado de la playa y atención estupenda de todo el personal. Habitación muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Tanto el desayuno buffet como la cena de carta resultaron muy bien, con especial mención a platos elaborados y de mucha calidad en las cenas.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by animal welfare concern on the beach outside
Pros:

Hotel Jardin Del Eden is a pleasant adults-only hotel with attractive gardens, a nice pool area and a good restaurant. The rooms were comfortable, and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience of Tamarindo was overshadowed by something that the hotel may not directly control, but which has a significant impact on its guests.

One of the main reasons we travelled to Costa Rica was for its incredible wildlife and its reputation for respecting nature and animals. Everywhere else we visited exceeded our expectations, but Tamarindo was the one exception.

As guests using the hotel's beach access, we repeatedly witnessed horses being used for tourist rides that appeared to be in poor body condition, tied together for long periods in the intense sun with little or no shade and no obvious access to fresh drinking water. Seeing this day after day was genuinely upsetting and meant we avoided spending time on the beach because it detracted so much from our holiday.

We have reported our concerns to the relevant animal welfare organisations so they can assess the situation professionally, as we appreciate that only they can determine whether welfare standards are being met.

Although we were generally happy with the hotel itself, this issue had such a negative impact on our stay that we would not choose to stay in Tamarindo again. That is a real shame because every other destination we visited in Costa Rica was outstanding.

I hope the management at Hotel Jardin Del Eden will consider working with local authorities, beach businesses or animal welfare organisations to help improve this situation. As one of Tamarindo's best-known hotels, it has an opportunity to encourage positive change that would benefit both the animals and future visitors.

If this issue were addressed, we would happily consider returning. Until then, it is unfortunately the reason we would choose to stay elsewhere in Costa Rica.

Wow, Wow, Wow :)
Pros:

The whole experience was wonderful. We travel all over the world and this was our 1st time to Costa Rica. We both fell in love with the country, most of all the people. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, a special thanks to Nathaly the waitress, she was so nice and full of information that we used. She is a credit to your hotel. I think the Hotel was the highlight of our stay. We will be back and will promote to family and friends

Um paraíso.
Pros:

Café da manhã completo em um restaurante muito agradável, junto da piscina que é muito bonita. A aérea da piscina é paradisíaca. Toda jardinagem e vegetação fazem parecer um verdadeiro jardim do éden. A comida é deliciosa, e todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é excelente com acesso a praia e um anexo beira-mar com piscina e bar.

My second stay at Jardin. I’ve come to Tamarindo a few times and this hotel is my favorite for a solo traveler or couple

Cozy, beautiful hotel with hospitable staff and delicious food
Pros:

It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel.
Small, cozy, surrounded by beautiful nature hotel gave us a comfort and relaxation. The hotel is close to the ocean, and it’s an advantage. All staff is welcoming, and professional. Food is exceptional. I want to mention about activities (yoga, salsa, meditation, Pilates ) and all instructors deserve additional appreciation and respect.

Loved the wild life alarm 😅 beautiful waking up to seeing the monkeys in the early morning.
Pros:

Kitchen staff and front desk provided and excellent service, friendly, very attentive and willing to go the extra to make our stay even better.

Cons:

Wish the view at the romantic room down below wasn’t that hidden. but was able to change room to a better view of the ocean.
