Another Great Stay!
Pros:

I have been visiting this property since it was owned and operated by Diamond Resorts, excited to see Hilton making so many improvements. My stay is always met by the nicest and most helpful staff, rooms are being renovated so noise factor is an issue right now. I visited during Shamrock week-end so the resort was busy. The gym is one of the cleanest and nicest gyms on the Oceanfront. Location is ideal with many good restaurants within walking distance. Hope Hilton brings back the bar/lounge to the Oceanaire lobby, would be nice to have an "adult" gathering place for evenings. The Member Club Lounge is very nice but sometimes messy, offers great views over a coffee.

Great hotel overall just wished it specified the view better

The room I selected was ocean view and although we had an ocean view you had to turn sideways to peak at it. Our direct vision was other hotel rooms

Waited till 6 to get a room due to room’s, not being clean or ready just to be put into a dirty room having to wait until at seven to get a new room and then the TV did not work in the living room. Also room was much smaller than original. I will not be staying here again.

Pros:

My bathroom sink and toilet made a weird noise when people above me either flushed their toilets or used their sinks.

Cons:

The fact that they place a $200 hold on your card and they also add an amenity fee as well to your card that I wasn’t aware of prior to checking in.

The indoor poll was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet. Our room that was to sleep 4 had 2 sets of towels and when we asked the front desk for more they were never delivered. I went to the front desk to ask for more and had to wait around 20 minutes for someone who seemed inconvenienced in getting us more.

I loved it here! The staff greeted us with a warmly welcome. The facility is clean, the amenities are amazing, and the location is perfect. We are definitely enjoying our vacation here!

Cons:

I need that AC to be freezing. It wasn’t too bad but it definitely could’ve been colder for the room to be set to 69, it felt more like 72.
