Horrible; dangerous due to neglect in maintenance
Pros:

Nothing; condition so bad we had to leave and left us with trauma.

Cons:

There was nothing acceptable about the condition of this hotel. It was run-down and frightening. The elevators were jostling; jumpy, and at one point it got stuck between floors. We were trapped and thought they would fall to our death. It was horrific. We had to call the emergency button. No one ever came on or acknowledged it. I would never wish to someone else the trauma of what it was to stay here.

The staff said they would refund the second night, twice. They still did not.
This is not a Hilton quality hotel.

Pros:

The people and the pool were great. The outside area around the pool , bar and boardwalk were great. The staff were very kind.

Cons:

My friend was in a wheelchair and the room we stayed in was very, very tight and we had to go thru 2 metal doors to get into the room. No grab bars in the bathroom. The bed was very high and I had a very difficult time getting her into bed. I thought we would have to leave and find another hotel for the night. I would not recommend this Hilton for anyone with disabilities.
