It was absolutely peaceful.
Pros:

How close everything is in walking distance. The convenience of the trolley and there was a lot of family friendly events that were taking place.

Pros:

The beach was right on the doorstep.

Cons:

There was no restaurant or bar in the hotel except for the tiki bar the other Hilton’s on the boardwalk were available but it was pouring with rain and the nearest doors to enter the restaurant were locked. The food was all greasy and no healthy options. The pool was a kids pool not suitable for adults. The staff were unlawful on the verge of rude.

Not a bad stay overall. There was also very loud construction down the block with no warning about it. Not too bothersom

Decent pool and close to the beach. Concierge staff were very kind, understanding, and helpful with housekeeping difficulties.

Cons:

Overpriced for what we got, honestly ($825.76 for queen room with city view). A little annoying to need keycard to get on the elevator every time but understandable. A little pushy with the timeshare tours. Had to request housekeeping services three times within 24 hours, as they did not come on the first or second ask, even hours later and the next day. Due to difficulties with housekeeping services, I was told we would be refunded a night’s worth of our stay, but when final receipt was received at check out only the “resort fee” was removed, being $28.75. Have yet to call to resolve this issue more. Overall very frustrating and will likely not stay at Hilton hotels again.

Everything was great for the short time we were there. The staff were very upbeat, friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcomed.

The lady that checked us in was great.

Cons:

The way we had to enter into our room was no good and the neighbors next door was smoking pot and getting into our room. There was a light that would not turn off. Had to take out the light bulb. Road work in to middle of the night right below our room. No sleep that night. Not the hotels fault. Over all? Not bad, said never!
