Stay at a better hotel. This Hilton doesn’t live up to the name. Manager doesn’t give a $&@%!

Location. Bar on property. Beach and boardwalk access.

Cons:

Sheets were dirty and we had to request clean sheets. Floors are very dirty. Visible dirt stain marks, lotion streaks, hairs on base boards. Dust on furniture. They just don’t clean. Rooms are very small. The pool is small. No gym. Staff is sketch.

I will not be visiting to that location ever again.

The oceanfront view.

Cons:

The room was entirely too small. The bathroom looked clean, yet smelled of light urine. The bathroom door jammed when closing. The light over the bathtub started blinking and never stopped. The bed hurt our backs. Had to sit on the bed to watch tv. The phone appeared to be from the late 80’s outdated and didn’t work, yet took up space on the nightstand. The lamps were way too large for the nightstands. Had to charge phone at an outlet across the room. No mordern charging station. The small table and 2 chairs was crammed near bed. The entrance to our room was shared with another room in a very tight space. The guests we shared the entrance with, tracked water in the entrance from the pool and we had to step in it tracking water in our room. We arrived 4:00 pm Friday and left 8:15 am Sunday morning! Paying over $800 for 2 nights there was ridiculous for that room. I don’t mind paying for a room that’s worth it.

The bed was hard and filthy and you could not close cabinets properly the balcony door did not lock and the toilet flush

I will stay her again!
Pros:

My wife and I had a great stay at Ocean Beach Club. Our room was nice and clean, we had no complaints. Also the lady at the front desk was very helpful with a situation that we had at check-in.(I can’t remember her name but it started with an A)

Very disappointed for the money!. I spent per night and the hotel I thought I booked was not the one I stayed! So
Pros:

The ocean front view was great ! The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Also complimentary washer and dryers.

Cons:

The check in and were both stressful and total chaos and disasters. Having to wait 2 hours for your room to ready c-is a total management problem. Having to keep calling the front office from sofa bedding to pots and pans not being available.
