Top verblijf!
Pros:

Het hotel was top! Goed schoon en het personeel was superaardig! Zwembad was echt prachtig met genoeg ligbedden.

Cons:

We moesten toch nog wel veel met de taxi overal heen, naar ibiza old town is het wel 30 minuutjes nog met de taxi.

Emplacement très pratique pour se rendre dans le centre, tout en étant au calme. Les jardins, piscines et terrasses très joliment aménagés. Belle décoration.

Bella struttura, ma non credo torneremo.

Camera buona, colazione ottima, vista mare, natura circostante, personale gentilissimo, molti giovani.

Cons:

la camera presentava un bagno senza alcuna privacy, se non una tenda a protezione di un vetro comunicante con la camera da letto, ottimo per coppie, ma non per gruppo famigliare. Il bagno, oltre e non avere finestra, non aveva neanche ventilazione meccanica. Contrariamente a quanto descritto su Booking, il personale non parla italiano; non c'è navetta per l'aeroporto. Il letto non così comodo come viene descritto; nessuna animazione, se non una dj, con musica martellante. Avendo prenotato la mezza pensione, la cena è stata consumata al ristorante; la sera prima della partenza, ci è stato servito del cibo non fresco, nello specifico le lasagne e il tiramisù; risultato, notte in bianco con notevoli disturbi di stomaco, che sono continuati anche il giorno dopo.

No entiendo como un Meliá no tenga calefacción en las habitaciones, ha hecho frío estos días y hacía frío en la habitación, fueron amables trayendo más mantas pero no es normal para un Meliá, por el resto todo muy bien

Pros:

Zimmer mit Meerblick war sehr schön. Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer war unbezahlbar. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig. Am letzten Tag würde sich Nachts von Gästen lautstark unterhalten. Das kann aber überall passieren.

Fabulous hotel with amazing views
Pros:

Superb views, delicious breakfast and the rooftop pool area was breathtaking.

We were given an upgrade to a lovely big room in "The Level".
There was a bath in the window, with a lovely view. I was cold in the evening and I couldn't get the air-con to warm the room, so I thought a hot bath would be nice, whilst watching the huge TV next to the bath.
However, the water from the bath was only tepid and the TV didn't work, as it could not connect to the Internet.
I phoned reception to ask about this and they sent a technician straight away, which was great. Except that he couldn't fix either issue.
The receptionist had mentioned that we could move rooms if the issue was not sorted, so next morning I went to reception and asked to move . The receptionist said I could, but would have to go back to the "normal" rooms and lose our upgrade.
Therefore I decided to stay put!
Only a small issue really, however, our room had a bath in lieu of a balcony, which was a disappointment to me.
On our last evening (we were there 4 nights), the receptionist called again to ask if we needed a technician to fix things, but I said it was too late and not worth it.
The next morning as we were just about to leave, a technician came to the room to try to fix things, but as we were busy packing, I again said not to bother.
So, to sum up - the staff were lovely and tried to help; the room was lovely and we were grateful of the upgrade because the roof terrace with its views were amazing.
We would go back in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Super hotel! Prachtige zwembaden en fijne faciliteiten zoals een sauna en sportschool. Rondom het hotel kun je goed wandelen en de locatie dichtbij verschillende restaurants kan niet beter!

Cons:

Hele harde bedden waar de veren bijna doorheen kwamen. Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen door een topper op het bed te leggen, maar helaas bleef het erg hard. Verder best gehorig hotel.

Best most relaxing stay ever!
Pros:

This property is amazing. It is so beautiful and there are many amenities on site. The food and drinks are delish and reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Three different pools to use including one on the roof. It is in close proximity to the town and plenty of shops. There is a lovely costal walk along the hotel which are very pretty.

The hotel also provide QR codes in every room with local recommendations which we found to be really useful. We used many food spot recommendations.

The staff are so lovely and attentive. We had a few questions throughout our stay about the local area ect and they were super helpful and kind!

The views of the sunrise in the morning were amazing we woke up early every day to see it! You can see clearly from room or walk down to the beach which is right at the hotel! There is also a lovely trail beside the hotel.

I also don’t understand how they don’t have more photos of their breakfast. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. They have a hot buffet including an omlette bar, cold meats selection, yoghurt bar fresh fruit and coffee too. Amazing.

We had the best time here and we will definitely be back!
