Et hotell som bidrar til gjøre ferien perfekt

Veldig hyggelig bemøtende ved innsjekk
Perfekt parkering
Nydelig frokost hvor intet manglet
Kommer alltid tilbake når vi er i Kristiansand

Cons:

Ikke noe å klage på egentlig.
Men muligens en kommentar; kunde vært lite større tallerker på frokostbordet.

Dårlig start på en hyggelig event.
Pros:

Greit rom og fin utsjekk

Cons:

At det var UMULIG å sjekke inn uten id med bilde.
Her var det kun en overnatting i egen by, som helaften ift konsert vi skulle på.
Hadde ikke med id. Bare tlf med kortløsning. Ble stående og måtte laste ned førerkort på app for å få rom som var forhåndsbetalt.
Var på Raddison Plaza i Oslo på mandag. Innsjekk smertefritt uten id.
Og opplevde møte i innsjekk som kaldt, lite forståelsefullt og motorisk.

Pros:

Very good breakfast, good location.

Cons:

Sovesofa was very hard, it was very hard to sleep on that. The bed was comfortable. Check in was fast, but there was no information given regarding anything. Parking was something you had to pay separately. I would say the price doesn't reflect the room, would not choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Perfect location that is a short walk from the train station and cruise port. While not in central Kristiansand the majority of locations like Kristiansand Cathedral, Christiansholm Fortress, Odderøya Peninsula are all within walking distance or a short car, bus or bicycle ride.

Overall bra hotel

Cons:

Det var ingen krok på veggen til å henge jakker så de måtte inn i skapet. Det manglet og mulighet for å ha kofferten liggende åpne; utenom på gulvet eller sengen. Savnet et "koffertstativ"

At jeg ikke ble vekket av renholdspersonell som var klare til å rydde rommet før kl 09.00
