Better places to stay!
Pros:

The location is good, but next to an extremely busy beach that spills into the “private” one.

Cons:

The hotel could be maintained better. My son cut his foot on glass in the parking lot. The pool wasn’t very clean. It looks very outdated. They make you wear a bracelet and return it so that you have to be off the property right at 10 am. They were basically shoving us out of the parking lot.

Cons:

Front desk people were kinda rude when I arrived and I felt a bit like I was bothering them . We arrived early, hoping to use the beach, not expecting the room to be ready but they made you feel like oh no it's not time to check in. You can't really use the facilities, which is rude for that kind of money.

Great location and comfortable room
Pros:

Location was great and pool amenity was nice to have in addition to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully laid out.

Cons:

The individual patios were very small and mostly viewed the parking lot with a small sliver of ocean. The first floor rooms mostly just looked into cars. The pool area could’ve used having the doors or roof open as it was very warm in there and signs stated it was against the law to be in a hot tub under 16 in Massachusetts which is not true. The hotel had a booking issue and didn’t actually have the same room for our 3 night stay so we had to switch rooms for the last night

in general was good 👍
Pros:

we didnt have a breakfast at the place. but we always observe some activities with social food either Hotdog's or ice-cream.
i love the room with view. location was good close to restaurants.

Cons:

hotel dont have an outdoor pool. the beach was ok and ocean water wasnt clean at all. the room has no stove and bedroom has an old tv.
