Delta airlines paid for us to stay here when our flight was canceled. Horrible.
Pros:

My husband and I were quietly playing cards in our room at 9 PM and someone called to complain about our noise. Not possible. The walls must be so thin.

Very nice property at the base of Buttermilk ski area. Hotel is well-maintained, convenient, and also has a free shuttle to downtown Aspen. We especially enjoyed the auto-espresso/hot drink machine in the lobby. Highly recommend.

Property was beautiful and the shuttle to Aspen and back was free. Cleaning staff wasn’t great, room was often not cleaned and we kept having to go to the front desk for towels

I loved my stay at the Inn at Aspen. The front desk was so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The amenities in the room such as the small kitchen were an added bonus.
