It was clean, comfortable and good value - our main considerations.
Pros:

The hotel location was convenient for us because we had our own car. Very clean throughout out and particularly our room. It was very good value and satisfied our needs very well. We did not use the breakfast facilities - but they looked nice.

Cons:

The hotel entrance and foyer were pretty basic and did not give a good first impression. The bathroom was quite small but functional
