Best Western Colonel Butler Inn met our needs for a quick overnight visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Pros:

The room was small, but was perfectly adequate for our one-night stay. Loved the ability to open the window for fresh air on a warm fall day. Appreciated the included breakfast facilities.

Pros:

Quiet location, ability to open the window, good bedding, gym, smart tv, free ev charger on the property, very warm service, good breakfast.

The rooms and the bathroom are way too small for this type of location.

Fine but could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was the one disappointment. The room was far too small to accommodate all the visitors. The cereals were very poor and no soft fruit, ie bananas were only available once out of 4 days.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bun fight. No elevator

Zimmer sehr eng und feucht. Frühstücksraum sehr eng, aber Frühstück gut.

Excellent value. Very comfortable, cosy and clean.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was great. The waffles were awesome. I would have liked a bit of bacon some of the days and a bit more selection of fruit. Overall, the staff were excellent.

Cons:

I liked everything. I suppose hallways might need updating eventually.

Highly recommend this place for a reasonably priced hotel located close but not in the middle of all the hustle and bust

Reasonably priced. Immaculately kept. Beautiful outdoor space on large front porch to sit and have a glass of wine or just hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Good coffee.

There was only one available outlet besides the bathroom.

Ho scelto questo alloggio perché cercavo un’esperienza “americana” che si distinguesse dai classici alberghi standardizzati, e le mie aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate. L'atmosfera mi è piaciuta tantissimo.
La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente, la colazione è soddisfacente e il personale si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile. Un soggiorno splendido che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una struttura diversa dalle solite.
