Comfortable, clean and quiet hotel within easy walking distance from Niagara on the Lake.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.
Very quiet room.
Comfortable bed.
Clean bathroom with powerful shower.

Cons:

Prefer refillable shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower as small bottles not enough for long hair!

Would come back any time.
Pros:

Super clean and well maintained. The Grill/Bar next to the hotel serves actually really good food and NOTL is just super nice and close by. Breakfast is nothing to complain about. 10 out of 10, so glad that we did not stay in Niagara at falls directly, but here instead.

Always enjoy our stay. Especially sitting on the upper balcony enjoying a glass of wine.

A wonderful mini-vacation.
Pros:

This location was perfect, away from all the traffic and people when you wanted the quiet. The staff were so friendly and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a good stay with a serene environment and the most important, a neat environment
Pros:

Breakfast was easily accessible and on point , staff attended well when assistance was needed
The cleanliness of the place was topnotch

Cons:

No microwave was the least I was expecting , I expected everything to be included in the room but when asked if I could get any as a special request, it was declined

Great Stay
Pros:

Quiet area outside of the main touristy street downtown. Yet we were close enough to walk (a pleasant 20 minutes through a neighborhood of beautiful homes). Or a short bike ride. There was an excellent restaurant next door, Butler’s Bar & Grill, where we had a dinner on their patio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. There was a terrace for the guests to enjoy. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff member was friendly.

Cons:

No negatives .
