Pros:

Really good breakfast. Location perfect for visiting different places on the island. Staff was very nice and the rooms were well appointed (kitchen wise)

Cons:

Wish they had come to clean rooms/change towels more often. Only came every other day which felt strange.

Not suitable for sports teams
Pros:

Third year staying with a hockey team and never had problems in the past with late checkout. Met with completely inflexible management who told me that the housekeeping schedule was far more important than customer satisfaction. If you are blocking rooms for a team I would give this hotel a miss

It was nice - but can do better
Pros:

The breakfast and the pool and hot tub

Cons:

Noisy room - too close to the elevator

Tvs would stay off - we had to unplug them

Not enough bedding for 2 beds - missing the comforter/duvet and when I asked I was declined the first night, the second night we were declined again until I went down in person and expressed how I really felt about the lack of bedding.
