We didn’t get to stay as a result of the hotel having had a fire the night before.
It would have been nice if they had contacted me to let me know before I got there after a 6 hour drive so that I could have made other arrangements.

Housecleaning staff and maintenance staff helped with our needs.

Cons:

The woman working the front desk was very unfriendly. She seemed annoyed when I wanted to know about check in time and just wanted to get back to scrolling on her phone. The web site advertises complimentary breakfast and parking. The front desk charged us immediately for parking and told us breakfast was a charge. When we questioned one of the managers, she said there was parking on the side of the building, but the employees use the spaces. We had to deal with the front desk another time over a password issue and to service was just as poor. When we were checking out we finally encountered a nice friendly employee.

The mini fridge did not work. We were told to put a bag of ice in it to keep our drinks cold.
Pros:

We did not try the breakfast, due to the breakfast being an extra $15.00 per person. We didn't partake. That's dumb. Terrible idea.

Breakfast it was good really nice queen bed

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and noticed that the housekeeping staff did not change the sheets from one day to the next—they merely tidied them up but didn't replace them. That was the only thing we could mention that we found a bit unpleasant.
