Crumbs on floor, all TYPES of hairs in bathroom. No body wash or shampoo in dispensers 🤔 Neighbors

The view from our and the restaurant in the motel the food and staff were amazing !!!

Cons:

The prices for a basic breakfast buffet are ridiculous when the same buffet in other hotels are free. $15 for adults and $10 for 6 year old and under, REALLY !!!! There are prices posted for buffet in the elevators but when checking in the front desk lady said it's $17 🤔

Pros:

The location was excellent for my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and restful. For those who are driving, they offer valet parking, and the hotel is within easy access to the main highways.

We would definitely stay here again
Pros:

We used the valet this trip. The gentlemen were excellent. Quick. Courteous. Whether it was a ride to a restaurant or grabbing our vehicle in the rain. Excellent service

Chips and salsa were weak in the bar area when we got in Thursday evening

Met all my needs
Pros:

Location is ideal. I expected to pay $12 for parking according to the website but on the weekend I just parked across the street at the bank for free ( I got here around 1030, later it fills up), however there seemed to be plenty of street parking. I felt safe for the parking, no issues. I also got military discount so that’s always nice for the support! There is breakfast but they charge, I just walked down to the local coffee shop collective (amazing). The in-house restaurant was really good! Convenient too as I was tired at the end of the day. Shout out to Sarah, my server- what a gem 💎 of a person. She was amazing! 🤩 the front staff were polite, nice and helpful. They have a free shuttle too if you need it but literally it’s a 5 min walk to restaurants, visitor center and bathhouses. Highly recommend!

Loved the hotel, Copper Penney Pub, and the whole town was awesome. I liked the history presented on plaques as you walk
