Overall great hotel, comfortable, quiet and will stay again.
Pros:

Desk staff was friendly, and helpful check in and out was a breeze. Hotel was Clean, easy access, valet parking staff was friendly courteous and helpful Breakfast area clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bar and grill had excellent service, food was good in the pricey side but paying for convenience there. Breakfast food needs improvements.

Pros:

Hotel accommodations are good and close to downtown Hot Springs.

Cons:

Through Booking.com breakfast was included in room rate but this year the hotel is charging for breakfast at $15.00 per person. Not really worth that for the quality. Also charging for parking which is a block away.

The hotel was FILTHY. TOTAL disappointment for the prices. Left 1 day earlier than planned.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helped with anything that we requested. That is the only thing that was good. I stayed here 1 year ago and it was an excellent experience. NOT THIS TIME.

Cons:

The elevator was dirty, The hallway was dirty. Neither had been sweep or vacuumed in a long time. When we walked into our room there was a pile of dirty at the closet door. There was dust on everything. In the bathroom there was hair in the floor and in the shower. The AC smelled like mold and mildew. I had some Ozium spray that I sprayed in the unit to fix that. The curtains were not good. The soap and shampoo containers were empty, they facial tissue was empty. I was concerned if the sheets were changed. We were in town for a dance competition. This hotel connects to the Civic Center. The hallway and staircase to it was covered in dirt and pieces of trash. I had reservations for May 1-3, I canceled them my first night and booked somewhere else. I found out later talking with someone else on this trip that their room was so nasty they did the same. rebooked somewhere else for May 1-3. Also all of the Windows in the hallways were dirty. I do NOT know what the manager of this facility is doing, but it is not getting in the elevator or hallways of the hotel. I left out parking, it is now 12 dollars a day when it was free last year. I left a day early and came home. our competition was over. Carlos Sibole manager, do better. this is a disgrace. I did not take pictures and i should have. but I guarantee you, someone did.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location of the hotel was excellent, close to everything we needed.

The bathroom was not clean, and it seemed like the room may not have been used for a while. There were hairs in both the shower and the sink, and the faucet and shelves were dusty.

Cons:

Told us parking was in the garage for $12 per night and didn’t at all mention all the free and open on street parking in front of the hotel. It was surface clean, but baseboards were gross, drips down the sides of furniture. Elevators took forever. They had 5 teeny tiny pillows on the bed. It looked silly and not at all functional. Just buy better pillows.

They have changed to pay for breakfast but we weren’t made aware when we booked. It said free breakfast but when we got there we were told it had changed. Also had changed from free parking to pay for parking with no warning. Was very disappointed in the changes.

No bugs for me!
Pros:

Great location, especially for business and food...multiple german cockroaches found in room, hair all in bedding, and "squirts" of stuff on headboards. Customer service was great, but they knew it was the "little" cockroaches when I told them about them.

The hotel was really nice and cozy. It was in a great spot as well.

Cons:

When we arrived there was toilet paper in the toilet and plastic wrapper in the floor by the bed. Not big problems at all, just wasn’t sure how those things could be missed if the room was cleaned.

Nice retreat from icy roads
Pros:

Hotel Hot Springs was fine, a welcome retreat after a long drive through ice covered roads. The room was clean. The bed was a little too soft for me. The restaurant was nothing special but I was happy it was there and we didn’t have to face the icy streets again. There was a cheer convention in town for the weekend but we had a room on the end of the hall and never heard them.

It was lacking.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable after 24 hrs of driving. They served a hot breakfast. And they were able to get us two rooms on the same floor.

Cons:

There was mold in the showers and the hotel was very runned down. Parts of the roof had water damage and the the rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner. For almost $100, I think that they could clean better. Its in a good location and there seemed to be a good amount of people staying there so they arnt lacking in business.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very professional and pleasant. The parking was ridiculous at 12.00 a day and a long walk in the cold. The breakfast was 15.00 a piece and it was cold and stale. It started at 6 or 6:30 we were there at 7. So we expected the food to be hot at least.
