Always nice to stay here
Pros:

This was my 3rd stay at the Hotel Hot springs and they are always so nice there. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. The hotel is located close enough to bath house row you can walk.

I would stay again, but not use the restaurant

That on-site parking was not included or could be billed to the room. The breakfast buffet was subpar overpriced for the quality of food that was served.

Decent location but overall not worth the cost.
Pros:

It was close to the main strip

Cons:

They charged $15 for breakfast even though it said breakfast was included in the booking. Parking is two blocks away unless you are lucky to find something on the street. Our room had multiple Japanese Lady Bugs in it and the A/C unit wouldn’t work properly. Also the bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible, small and flat. Not my preference.

Overall good sray
Pros:

The location, it was right where downtown hot springs is at, walking distance to pretty much anywhere at downtown.

Cons:

The room was decent when it comes to cleaniness, I kept seeing lady bugs by the window and couple close by my bed. The toilet was decent clean and the bathroom floors was ok. It could've been a little more cleaner but it was ok.

Cons:

Curtains in the room were broken and would not close the shower door was falling off in the shower.Could seriously injure somebody 😳 couldn't hear anything , but the elevator running all night the pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows. I just expected a lot more for 300 dollars a night

Overpriced Mid- Range Hotel
Pros:

Pros: hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good and close to main attractions.

Cons: very overpriced for what you get and not a good value. For over $300/ night I would expect a lot more. When I have paid similar prices to hotels in tourist areas, I have gotten a lot more for my money. For example, this hotel charges for parking and breakfast, there is no pool, the showers were tiny, not a lot of outlet access (I had to move beds to find some), and only basic cable (other hotels allow for access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.). Additionally, there was bare minimum cleaning (changed sheets and towels and clean surfaces). However if you look in corners and underneath things there was dirt and dead bugs.

Overall a fairly mid-range hotel but entirely overpriced for what it offers. I would consider upgrades to justify cost.

Overall great hotel, comfortable, quiet and will stay again.
Pros:

Desk staff was friendly, and helpful check in and out was a breeze. Hotel was Clean, easy access, valet parking staff was friendly courteous and helpful Breakfast area clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The bar and grill had excellent service, food was good in the pricey side but paying for convenience there. Breakfast food needs improvements.
